op gave his account l/p to his friend OR made a transfer to brodie.
his friend tried to scam him through brodie.
this person is either not his friend and is the culprit OR was hacked himself.

Ok so that explains why the blocked my account. There's the first piece of the puzzle.

Look, I know you are extremely pissed off about this post. But again, I'm just a normal human being who plays poker in Egypt. This is new to me. These scams, the hacking, and all that.

The hacker was very convincing that you were the one that took the money. He was convincing after I read that you were banned for cheating at Harrah's. When I saw that you were a computer wiz. How would I know what he was trying to achieve when I see the money going to a guy called p0kerm0n? Of course I'm going to blame p0kerm0n for stealing my money. It was simple math to me at the time.

Everything was strange to me, and I deeply apologise. But again you have to understand that I AM AN INNOCENT VICTIM in the middle of this as well.

And again, I don't want to mention the name of my friend or his screen name because he has nothing to do with this. His account was hacked and I don't want full tilt poker to freeze his account just because I was involved in this situation.

If you guys need any proof of anything let me know. And Richard, again I'm sorry. And for the last time, you have to understand why I accused you. Nothing made sense at the time.

This is the part that is still a little troubling. Both op and his friend's accounts would have had to have been hacked. Seems like too much of a coincidence unless the scammer thought it necessary to hack both of them (and quaternion's aim account).

You play on Poker Stars and you stated you looked players stats up on PTR (pokertableratings) which is ILLEGAL AT ANY TIME according to Stars rules... NOT JUST WHEN STARS CLIENT IS RUNNING.

I don't think PTR should be illegal because it can help in certain situations such as this one... but I don't make the rules, Stars does. Pisses me off everyone admits to using the site and yet Stars never enforces their toothless rule.

The anticipation of you finally making it to the top of the FBI's small-time crook list just makes me smile. The scammer vowed to get QL. This could be his ill-conceived attempt to accomplish that.
