It is true that the situation on Goalwin has gotten much better and they are really working hard on fixing all this.

Overall many people here blamed them totally for all delays and stealing money, but they have really little idea what caused this situation.

Not going much into details, there has been no wrongdoing on their part, as whole liquidity problem was caused by 3rd parties. These 3rd parties still owes them enormous amount of money and they were forced to take legal actions.

Of course players do not care about such issues and withdrawals should be processed regularly, but I just wanted to give you a brief explanation.

I'm in direct contact with Goalwin's management and their support. I've helped many guys in here.I can't post all information, but if you would like to talk with me some more, for example over Skype (send me info via PM),especially guys with funds stuck, I would be happy to help and work up some quick solution.

LOL.

Re: ONGAME/Goalwin/PokerMambo Cashout Issues for a long time

Hi. Is here anybody who can tell what is the situation with PokerMambo. I have more than 1k euros there, but I didnt get any money from them from July 2013... It is very frustrating. And they were lying to me more times, but last 2 months they only wrote me like this: „We regret to inform you that there is no update about your pending withdrawal at this time. We will let you know once it is processed.

Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience caused by the delay.

Best regards

The PokerMambo Team”

I got mails like this 20-30 times last 2 months... Can somebody help me to get my money finally?

Re: ONGAME/Goalwin/PokerMambo Cashout Issues for a long time

I just had a chat with Jekus and he seems legit. However he cannot get our money back without us playing at goalwin again (unless we are one of his players).

So for me thats not worth it. But if you have no problem playing a little on goalwin then he might be able to help u.

I send them an email through that link some time ago but they have not responded yet. How long did it take you to get in touch with them?

I'm a player with 16k euro stuck on mambo and about 9k euro on goalwin.

I'm also dealing with an affiliate like Jekus, and agreed to chase my mambo funds via a play through arrangement on goalwin.

Anyway I got paid 2 x 3k withdrawals the last 2 weeks.

It appears that they are getting back on track and have started with looking after the active players....

Just letting you all know

Cheers

I think thats another bad mistake on their part. Its imo f*cked up to look after active players first. They will be gone after they get their money anyways. So theyre not really active after all. They should be paying them oney in the order the withdrawals were issued. Also keep in mind that if you do deposit there and start playing again u have 0 guarantees and might very well lose that money too.

The money i'm using to play, is from my poker mambo balance, so i'm not depositing my own cash.

Any mambo balances are as good as gone, might as well use them to clear some funds on Goalwin.

Anyway, just letting you know the situation and that they do have arrangements (Jekus) etc that can help if you so choose.

Agree about looking after active players first is fuc*ed, but it is what it is, might as well try and use it to your advantage if you can........

I recommend you to try the same, I already shared this discussion with the LGA representative to make her aware of the whole situation.

wrote to them after reading this post on 29/01, heard back from them today and they said they are in contact with goalwin and will keep me updated.

Re: ONGAME/Goalwin/PokerMambo Cashout Issues for a long time

Just a thought:
Do you guys think a type of boycott/table blocking flashmob could help? I mean if a lot of people just refused to continue playing on ongame untill they take responsibility for their skins and finaly give people their money, maybe that will send a sign. Also there should be a prewritten message that anyone participating could copypaste and send to the support. Something along the lines of "I refuse to play on ongame untill the goalwin/play2b/..." problem is solved. Obviously we would need a lot of people doing it for it to have any effect but I can imagine a lot of people will be supporting a good cause...

Is it only Goalwin that doesn't pay, or are there others big skins that don't?

Is there anyone else who can't log onto Goalwin today? And when I request a new password it says my username doesn't exist, even though I used it the other day. Hopefully it's just a temporary technical thing.

Goalwin was working fine until about 4hours ago, then it started crashing. I couldn't rebuy at existing tables neither join new tables. Now I can't even login into their website. Let's hope it comes back soon.
