All i can say is that running business for pokerrooms, which do not own their own networks like pokerstars is much more complicated than it appears to be. They dont keep your balnace at all time and money are rotating between network, soft provider, them and ewallets and those transfers sometimes take quite long time, so it carries risk for skin and make it harder to keep full liquidity. Of course for player everything looks instant as he can move money as fast as he wants. The biggest problem occurs when one part of this chain default on paying and with all delays skin is porcessing withdrawals in good faith, but if they money do not come to them eventually it crushes their liquidity.
You really don't seem to understand this from a players perspective, but I wouldn't expect you to. All you affiliates are just the used car sales men of online poker. Quit acting like any of the things you are typing are MY PROBLEMS.
So because things are more complicated than I know its a reasonable expectation to lose my money on a poker site. Quit thinking from their perspective, sure it sucks they got screwed on a business deal, but their number one goal in all of there dealings should be to protect player funds. Above and beyond any other duty they have to us is to hold our money safely.
It would be akin to a bank losing customer deposits and telling them whoops bad decisions were made, things you don't understand happened, we don't have your money. You and the sites can make all the empty promises in the world about keeping funds safe, and to not fret because there is no true accountability for these people.
So please just either admit fault, say mistakes were made, come up with a REAL TIMELINE, and stick to it. Instead of making excuses in this thread, and asking people to pm you for affiliate deals in order to get there money back. Just act like a proper business, do the right thing, be honest, and return our money.
