hey,

of course i understand your concerns. "the situation got better" means they were abe to regain some liquidity. There is no way goalwin will confiscate any of your money and as i wrote before i'm not working for them , i'm their big affilaite for long time also player. I deal with many players, also on other networks and have lots of references, but it is understandable if you would rather keep contact with them through standard support.

Hi,
I can just say that Jekus helped me receiving my funds from goalwin.
Yesterday I received one part of my withdrawals which were requested on August 2013.
You can check my posts here, I was a player on pokermambo and my funds stuck there as well as yours.
I can confirm that Goalwin paid me yesterday and it looks like that this whole situation is getting better.

Overall many people here blamed them totally for all delays and stealing money, but they have really little idea what caused this situation.

Not going much into details, there has been no wrongdoing on their part, as whole liquidity problem was caused by 3rd parties. These 3rd parties still owes them enormous amount of money and they were forced to take legal actions.

Of course players do not care about such issues and withdrawals should be processed regularly, but I just wanted to give you a brief explanation.

I'm in direct contact with Goalwin's management and their support. I've helped many guys in here.I can't post all information, but if you would like to talk with me some more, for example over Skype (send me info via PM),especially guys with funds stuck, I would be happy to help and work up some quick solution.

Jekus
We are all waiting with open ears on how you can possibly phrase this so that its not Goalwin's fault that they don't have PLAYER MONEY SECURED. It's really the only thing we really need from the poker sites, the one thing we have to trust them with, and they didn't do it. It doesn't matter that someone else screwed them, it doesn't matter that they made a bad business deal, all that matters is that the players money wasn't secured. They chose to make a decision which would allow for insolvency and now we as players are being punished for that decision.

Are you seriously trying to build trust with us by saying you are a long time player yourself. We get it, you're an affiliate trying to strum up some business, but take your business elsewhere. Don't pull blinders over us, claim that it wasn't their fault, and tell us to wait patiently because everything is going to be ok.

Hey,

im not trying to pull any blinders over you and fully understand your frustration as i had lots of money frozen myself for a long time. I know this is vague info that i posted, but i really cannot go into details. All i can say is that running business for pokerrooms, which do not own their own networks like pokerstars is much more complicated than it appears to be. They dont keep your balnace at all time and money are rotating between network, soft provider, them and ewallets and those transfers sometimes take quite long time, so it carries risk for skin and make it harder to keep full liquidity. Of course for player everything looks instant as he can move money as fast as he wants. The biggest problem occurs when one part of this chain default on paying and with all delays skin is porcessing withdrawals in good faith, but if they money do not come to them eventually it crushes their liquidity.

You really don't seem to understand this from a players perspective, but I wouldn't expect you to. All you affiliates are just the used car sales men of online poker. Quit acting like any of the things you are typing are MY PROBLEMS.

So because things are more complicated than I know its a reasonable expectation to lose my money on a poker site. Quit thinking from their perspective, sure it sucks they got screwed on a business deal, but their number one goal in all of there dealings should be to protect player funds. Above and beyond any other duty they have to us is to hold our money safely.

It would be akin to a bank losing customer deposits and telling them whoops bad decisions were made, things you don't understand happened, we don't have your money. You and the sites can make all the empty promises in the world about keeping funds safe, and to not fret because there is no true accountability for these people.

So please just either admit fault, say mistakes were made, come up with a REAL TIMELINE, and stick to it. Instead of making excuses in this thread, and asking people to pm you for affiliate deals in order to get there money back. Just act like a proper business, do the right thing, be honest, and return our money.

I appreciate any response from anyone with a line. I do. But I have to say a few things. The first of which, is that any company that knowingly endangers their player funds, as Goalwin clearly did, is absolutely morally and legally negligent and at fault, plain and simple.

Not going much into details, there has been no wrongdoing on their part, as whole liquidity problem was caused by 3rd parties. These 3rd parties still owes them enormous amount of money and they were forced to take legal actions.

If a Goalwin employee gave me their daughters college fund, in confidence for safekeeping, and I secretly invest it in a risky third party transaction for my own gain or convenience and fail, am I not held absolutely liable?

Now of course, a business must assume risk with 3rd party transactions with its own cash/leverage through debt. But player funds are NOT debt... they are to be 100% secure in any event, as has been stated by GW all the way up their chain many times.

So when you say there is "no wrongdoing"... who would seriously have patience for this logic? Who do you think we are?

The money should have been there sitting in an account. Or at most, for practical purposes, invested in the lowest risk instrument imaginable.

Of course players do not care about such issues and withdrawals should be processed regularly, but I just wanted to give you a brief explanation.

That is how I feel. If you are willing to take

Listen, I understand you are just an affiliate. Whether or not you may have steered business to the site, I really appreciate what you are doing here reaching out and offering a potential line, I do.

Just please acknowledge the problem in a more respectful way. Most of us have been at this a long time,we've been screwed over by companies/governments/whatever our whole lives and can see through this stuff pretty much instantly. It's quite obvious something ethically horrendous was done by Goalwin in their mismanagement of millions of dollars of money that simply wasn't theirs.

I'm going to PM you and again I appreciate any help of course as well as this gesture. I hope all is settled in the most fair circumstances for everyone involved, but this really has been a travesty of a situation by the higher ups at GW.

Jekus

I'd be very weary of what Jekus is saying and at least be aware that the potential for a massive conflict of interest or naivety exists.

I'm not posting this to insult you Jekus, just to let players desperate to cashout funds that likely have disappeared understand to believe in actions and facts not hopes and promises.

I've seen far too many sites lie to affiliates and players and pros and for many of those people to believe the site until the very last minute (and often waste even more of their time trying to clear phantom play throughs and do other things to cashout funds that never came).

No offence taken, im affiliate and player for a long time, so im really aware how things run in this business. I would not post here if was not sure to least to some extent i can help. I posted because all my active players got paid including me. I've been dealing with this for a long time talking care of my players and i really believe Goalwin wants to make it right. I cant really go into discussion in here whose fault it was that we have this situation.

This is only in relation to Jekus, as my info about goalwin comes from him, but in my experience he has always done what he can to help get me paid (Im under him). I trust that he's honestly relaying the information he's been given. It's possible ppl have lied to him about what is going on with the company but the fact that I just got paid something and I have repeatedly said I'm not playing another hand there (and I haven't for a few months) makes me think the info Jekus has is true. It's possible being an active player would help the odds of getting paid, but personally I'm not doing that.

I'm not trying to shill for goalwin or Jekus, just relaying my opinion. And fwiw just so you guys know where I stand, I would sell my remaining 2k for a decent discount in a heartbeat just to be done with this.

Can you go into detail on what exactly you have cashed out in the last 6 months and if you've had to play or do anything else to do that?

Sure,

Idk why my most recent one from the other day wont show up in the history atm, infact I was looking through this earlier today and it was being displayed but it shows it here:

and my MB:

So when goalwin was being slow to pay earlier this year I basically said **** it and just put in withdrawals for all my money. I think I was paid like 1 of the 10k ones after 2mo or something, not sure if that's the one in the history or what. But at some point I was talking to some manager and he said it would be best if broke the bigger withdrawals pending into $2k ones. He also said it would be helpful if I played. So I left like 4k to play with and put in 4 or 5 2k withdrawals, not sure exactly. It seems like they paid me 2 after this convo and then went cold for a few months, and at that point I refused to play anymore hands. I play HU fwiw and every1 bumhunts at ongame for the most part so I didn't get in many hands anyways. Meanwhile I've been getting updates on the situation from Jekus like once every few weeks or so. He was saying (not gonna go into details) that good things were coming and it should be fixed soon. Then I got paid like 4 days ago. Havent played a hand in a long time there, and I don't plan on it either but according to Jekus active players are higher up on the totem pole to get paid.
