I send, and get this:
Hi

Thank you for your mail and documentation.

This is just to confirm that we have received your documentation and passed them on to our finance department.
You will be contacted as soon as we receive any further information.

Best regards,

Thank you for this info, did you send the documents to support@pokermambo.com, or goalwin support? I have not get any answer so far from pokermambo support. But interestingly I got this email with the audition form from pokermambo support, although I played for a different site. But the site I played for (kickmyace.com) never replied to my mails, and now it Even does not exist anymore.

Re: ONGAME/Goalwin/PokerMambo Cashout Issues for a long time

Echoing my previous statement about doing what we can to move the process along for all players, isn't there more we can do? It's it all just a positive freeroll to do anything we can to make sure Goalwin executes on its promise to pay players out, now that LGA has revoked its license? I don't see any reason to leave more than we have to up to chance / the whims of some mid level exec.

I got the following email, which confirms an earlier post about Malta being unable to do anything.
__________________________

We would like to inform you that we are in contact with LGA regarding your compliant in order to clarify the actual situation.

LGA is not able to assist you as your gaming activity is under a different regulation, however please notice that the company is working on your case and a full settlement of your pending withdrawal will be planned in the short term. Please do apologize for this delay as it comes from unexpected difficulty in collecting the funds from third parties.
Our support team will be available to assist you 24/7 until you receive the sum requested.

If you have any doubt please see our T&C at http://www.goalwin.com/Support/Terms.aspx and for any question contact our Support Team just at support@goalwin.com

Best regards,
Goalwin.com

However, Amaya is a private company but large enough that pretty much any traffic we generate that is associated with the corp will get picked up by any competent investor relation's team and a couple people down the line pressure can get applied to the right places.

Off the top of my head:
-Media outlets in Malta, such as ones listed here:
http://www.abyznewslinks.com/malta.htm
-Amaya, which ostensibly owns/operates Ongame:
email: http://www.amayagaming.com/contact/
http://www.amayagaming.com/contact/

Basically, I'm suggesting players have more options than sending emails exclusively to Goalwin and praying. Perhaps we should be using them. I just sent a really basic "are you guys aware this is happening" to Amaya.

Emails, in case anyone is interested in doing the same:

ir@amayagaming.com

maltatoday@mediatoday.com.mt
mynews@timesofmalta.com
editor@maltastar.com
pallen@independent.com.mt
tmid@independent.com.mt

Content of the email:

I was wondering if anyone outside of the poker community was aware of a year-long conflict between players and a gaming company partially licensed in Malta, Goalwin/Pokermambo.
In aggregate, hundreds of thousands (or more) of Euros effectively stolen by an unscrupulous operator.
LGA claims they can't do anything, but is still listed as main customer complaint liaison.

Poker news outlet:

Note that Amaya Gaming, a private company, owns Ongame Network, and recently purchased Pokerstars in a large, public deal.

For what it's worth, I pasted all that on the off chance there are people with money stuck that want something to do, but are too lazy to write their own email.

Re: ONGAME/Goalwin/PokerMambo Cashout Issues for a long time

The LGA has send an official communication to iGaming.org regarding the article they wrote about the suspension of Goalgamings license, which doesn't exactly give a lot of positive hope for any of us.

Link

Basically they state that they suspended the license in the end of last year and that only a few players are actually covered by the LGA's license.
