Sorry to hear that...i am also waiting. 4 months now. But "only" about 2k...and as for chipdumping: i think they just wait for you to try...then you have zero chance to get your money. Hello guys, I have good news. Ongame finally paid me! And i wasn't on their terms (split payments), I got the full amount (€2800). A couple of months ago I decided to file a complaint with the LGA thought this web: https://www.playresponsibly.org.mt/complaints.aspx. I explained the situation and shared the whole lot of emails that I had exchanged with Goalwin, a representative of the LGA got in contact with me and the gaming site and well they did they work and finally made Ongame pay. I recommend you to try the same, I already shared this discussion with the LGA representative to make her aware of the whole situation.

goalwin paid me today 1 of the 2 2k withdrawals i had pending. i have been hearing good things about the situation lately (getting outside investment), but have kinda been like "ya ya ill believe it when i get paid." well since i got paid it looks like theyre actually trying to fix the situation. hoping for the best.

You have to contact LGA they will help you with the issue. Goalwin on their own won't resolve your problem since it goes again of their actual interest. Follow the link I posted and file a complain that way, that's what I did and what worked for me.

I'm a player and one of the biggest affiliates on Goalwin and Mambo for a long time.
It is true that the situation on Goalwin has gotten much better and they are really working hard on fixing all this.

Overall many people here blamed them totally for all delays and stealing money, but they have really little idea what caused this situation.

Not going much into details, there has been no wrongdoing on their part, as whole liquidity problem was caused by 3rd parties.These 3rd parties still owes them enormous amount of money and they were forced to take legal actions.

Of course players do not care about such issues and withdrawals should be processed regularly, but I just wanted to give you a brief explanation.

I'm in direct contact with Goalwin's management and their support. I've helped many guys in here.I can't post all information, but if you would like to talk with me some more, for example over Skype (send me info via PM),especially guys with funds stuck, I would be happy to help and work up some quick solution.

What does that mean "the situation got much better"? I am still waiting for my money, I am still getting same replies from support. Suddenly you come up, and you have information, you cannot expose here on this forum, but you can provide more information via skype...sorry for my worries, but how comes one can trust you? Maybe u r just one of them, and once you get real names of persons here, their accounts will be closed, funds confiscated...the last posts here are somewhat unbelievable and stink so much...maybe I am wrong but don't blame...trust is a big problem within this situation...
