Holy ****, wished I had seen this thread earlier. Goalwin sent me an email last month offering me a special reload bonus, 20% up to 1000. So I recently just deposited 1000e into the site. I had some problems with the bonus showing up but support was very timely and helpful.

I've never had any problems withdrawing from them before. Hopefully I'll be ok...

Well the good news is the games are still SICK good there, just had a nice little beast session

This is the exact reason this thread is here. Very sorry that this happened to you, whats happening to you and other new players is just plain one of the worst crimes there is.

For everyone who says letting them operate so we get our money back is the way to go... This is the face of that solution, this poor guy didn't deserve this.

15k USD on GoalWin, obviously not getting any cashouts.

Not only that, I had $1000 dollars go missing from my account last week. Most likely they failed to re-credit the amount after bring it to a table, then leaving. I emailed support, who said they would look into it, but I have had no updates from them.

I would be really upset about it, but stealing monopoly money is lol anyways.

How does Ongame network works? Who holds the money deposited, skins or network?

If skins do, what happens if Goalwin players were to lose their money to players on other skins? Who pays for it, other skins? And then Goalwin owes money to network?

Seems quite f 'ed up situation if network doesn't hold the money that's deposited, so easy for some random small skins to scam. Are other Ongame rooms still good for money, no problems with cashouts?

yeah this has been going on for a long time, they are virtually bankrupt and stalling as they wait for their lawyers to try and get revolution to pay up...

I have copied in my communication with goalwin below. Starts from bottom and up. The week that I gave them in my last email has passed. Because of the lack of response I therefore conclude that fraud is currently ongoing on Goalwin and Play2b.
I have 6K euro on my account, and would be happy to join this group you guys currently seem to be creating.

I have money on my account at Goalwin which Im currently thinking of withdrawing.

But I have now read that there have been some problem with withdrawals on Goalwin for other customers.

This is confusing since I have read the gaming-regulation you operate under with LGA. It seems clear to me that the customer would recieve the money out of a safe and segragated account within 5 days. Therefore Im confused as to why I read about withdrawalproblems.

Because of this I therefore kindly request you to confirm to me the following things:

1. That my money is held in a segragated account and safe as your license says.
2. Some person in charge at Goalwin to confirm and assure me that my money is safe and secure with Goalwin and that I would recieve it at the point of withdrawal in the time-frame your license says.

Just an update

Been dealing with a bunch of stuff. But contacted the LGA (by phone and email), and several lawyers in malta (by phone and email).

No one has given me a response. As i'm sure many of you expected, it's seemingly all smoke and mirrors just like AP/ Kahnawakee etc. Several of the lawyers I actually got to speak to, and one even heard out my case, then went dark. I think no one wants a piece of this since the amount owed to me is very small.

But I had to at least try.

Not saying its the best news, but this what has happened. I spent at least 10-20 hours researching and calling/following up on every lead I could find.

The only thing left for me to do is to file a police report, but going to wait on that until there is some consensus, likely won't be effective, and it seems alot of people ITT feel that diming immediately is the worst play for everyone involved.

GL all, and PM me if anyone finds anything else out or needs someone else to call and annoy LGA/any gw/mambo rep you may find, i'd love to.

Ive been on Goalwin for years and this randomly happens where they take some extra time to process a cashout. Havent had to try recently (sigh) but in the past Ive always got the money eventually when there has been a delay.

I have some of their staff on skype and asked one of them about it today (I have a small amount on there still), he said they have had severe issues causing delays but cashouts should start rolling out next week. Although it might not be as comforting to the people waiting on their cash arriving I thought Id pass on what they said anyway.

Well a delay in my opinion is 1 -2 weeks. Ive been waiting since July 15th give or take a few days for my cashout. that's approaching 120 days. Everything I think about the money it depresses me, so I hope your friends know something and we see our money,

However, I think this should be a lesson to anyone who keeps a large balance on a small poker skin. I now only leave the minimum to sit at all tables I want and when I lose I just reload from neteller or skrill. Large sites like 888, FTP, Stars, seem to me 100% safe with money, while everybody else is sketchy

Why would you come to this thread and say such a thing when the whole thread screams that goalwin and play2b is currently not processing cashouts for several houndred thousands?
I also put out my email-exchange two posts up with goalwin that shows they are lying and therfore must now be treated like criminals. Would you agree with this?
It seems absurd to me that you would come into a thread like this and make a post "that this randomly happen"? If you do have the goalwin-rep on skype, can you please instead ask him about my email exchange above and why in the world they first answer to me like they do and then dont write back again now? If you can do that, that would help me and the other players that are victim of theft. Thank you.
