I have copied in my communication with goalwin below. Starts from bottom and up. The week that I gave them in my last email has passed. Because of the lack of response I therefore conclude that fraud is currently ongoing on Goalwin and Play2b.
I have 6K euro on my account, and would be happy to join this group you guys currently seem to be creating.

Since its now been a few Days I write again to confirm that the issues have been resolved and that withdrawals are now being paid on time and the way your license says?
Could you also describe what you mean with delays from 3rd parties? If the funds are in a segragated account, I dont see which would be the 3rd party to create problems in the process of sending out the funds and why that would happen; so any clarification here would be very much appriciated.

1. Yes your funds are segregated in a separate account. The withdrawal delays some customers are experiencing are due to delays from 3rd parties.

I have money on my account at Goalwin which Im currently thinking of withdrawing.
But I have now read that there have been some problem with withdrawals on Goalwin for other customers.
This is confusing since I have read the gaming-regulation you operate under with LGA. It seems clear to me that the customer would recieve the money out of a safe and segragated account within 5 days. Therefore Im confused as to why I read about withdrawalproblems.
Because of this I therefore kindly request you to confirm to me the following things:
1. That my money is held in a segragated account and safe as your license says.
2. Some person in charge at Goalwin to confirm and assure me that my money is safe and secure with Goalwin and that I would recieve it at the point of withdrawal in the time-frame your license says.
