I'm owed a little bit of money from pokermambo, here's an e-mail they sent me recently:

We have some news regarding your pending withdrawal in our site, PokerMambo. Unfortunately, we have not been able to process your withdrawal owing to the fact that our Network providers are having difficulties clearing the settlements our agreement stipulates.

Over the past few months our company has continued to guarantee all immediate withdrawals with use of its own financial resources under the agreement that the network providers would solve the issues according to an acceptable timeframe.

Due to the fact this has not happened, we have come to the decision to temporarily suspend all activity on those networks forcing the same, also via the relevant gaming authorities, to honour their commitment towards us as soon as possible.

We are hoping to be able to give you some positive news soon.

yeah good point, OnGame will pay if forced as they lose too much by not being big in NJ so we need to push their hand.

As if it matters, here is the email I recieved today.

"Thank you for your mail. I fully understand your worries.

Unfortunately can we not give an exact date, there are still some issues for our payments."

**** it, I just told them I'm never reading another email from them again. That every last one of them, support included, are conspiring, criminals, acting to steal our money, and we are going to use every authority we can to get paid. I've contacted a few lawyers in Malta about what to do next.

I think having a more private convo about that specifically is best. So I won't be posting anymore itt unless there is a real update, but ill PM people individually if something needs to be done.

***. I've just cashed out the remainder of my roll from there (2k). Thx god, somehow I decided to play mostly on PS and cashed out most of my roll from goalwin and pokermambo over half a year ago. I left last 2k just for fun but now I'm cashing out after reading this thread.

I have some money on goalwin which I havent tried to withdraw yet.

I wrote to their support to ask if I had anything to worry about (since I saw others seemingly having problems) and I received an answer this Monday:
It said that the problem was due to delays from 3rd parties and that they expected the issues to be resolved in a few days.

How long have you guys that have money "stuck" on goalwin been waiting for your withdrawals if I may ask?

that might not be entirely correct, as i probably got priority payment in the stryyke poker case (another ongame skin that ultimately went broke) complaining to the lga and threatening to post payment issues on the forums.
playing on ongame seems risky for your money on the sites, this is the second big rakeback site (probably) going broke after stryyke.
i actually got nervous when they (goalwin) took quite a while (2 weeks) for a medium sized cashout in october 2012 i think and then just cashed out my whole bankroll from there. Seems like the right decision now. GL to anyone waiting for money!

also as a hint, if there is any way you can chipdump your money off the site, that is probably a better bet than waiting for a cashout.

Anyone remember Purple Lounge? They were owned by a company listed on the London Stock Exchange, and still no one got a cent.

They were licensed under LGA Malta as well. It basically means absolutely nothing. I hope you guy get paid, but it ain't looking good.
