Usually you can kick or knee a grounded opponent, just not to the head. Unless these guys had different rules

What did you expect? This is poker players we're talking about - they're hopeless at organsing anything. Which is why the "boycotts" of Pokerstars late last year/early this year were a complete and utter disaster.
