It's hard to believe how awesomely excellent this guy is at this job.

Almost makes me want to start watching televised poker on TV regularly again.

But not quite.

He's the only reason I've been watching this year's WSOP coverage. Hope to see him on many more shows.

Count me in the bandwagon. Best tournament commentary I've ever heard. I hope someone from ESPN reads this thread and decides to offer him an increased role next year.

Olivier is awesome at commentating/speaking. Also has the best reads/understanding of situations.

only negative is that he's so good at describing thought processes that everyone is getting smarter out there, well hopefully he will mostly inspire FPS(fancy player syndrome) for the masses!

I appreciate that he does not believe in live tells and has enough credibility to convince others that he is correct. : )

Olivier is so dreamy

I met him at the Aria last week. He was very nice. I have a total man crush on him. He is also a great and intelligent player.

yes, quite frustrating and frightening to hear him giving for free what we had to buy through experience

also, his commentaries are litterally a revolution for televised poker.

Think he got a bit tired of 2+2 after some drama and personal attacks in the famous account hack thread

Olivier has alot of class, intelligence, and style. I seldom watch televised poker, but was interested in his commentary. I would be surprised if someone could do a better job. You can listen to someone like him or Vanessa speak and realize they are well educated. Alot of the hoodie and headphones crowd don't come across as articulate or knowledgable. Well educated people can generally spot others who are well educated.

I doubt giving away the secrets will matter much. Most of the people watching are losing players and will continue losing regardless of what they are exposed to.
