Afaik actions starts left of the dealer and each player in turn can either fold or bring in for at least the smallest chip in play. Once someone brings it in you continue as normal.

In some instances the lowest chip will actually be less than the initial ante though. For instance, level 3 and 4 the ante is 50, levels 5 and 6 it's 75. Then the 25's are removed for level 7

Probably a pretty good investment if his markup is reasonable.

Hes a huge dbag, a cash game fish, etc etc etc, but the man knows how to play tournaments.
