Can someone explain Brunsons PLO hand?
All-in with middle pair...
Did he just not feel like playing anymore?
Did I miss something?

From the cutoff Brunson raised to 13,000 and Klodnicki re-raised pot from the button to 46,500. Brunson called.

The flop came down Jd 2s 8h and Brunson lead out for a pot bet. Klodnicki put him all in, and the call followed.

Brunson showed 8d-7s-6c-5c and was trailing Klodnicki's Ac-Ah-Kd-2d. The turn was the Jh and the river the Kc knocking out Brunson.

The Hellmuth stance seems to be working for him too. I said I wanted Hellmuth and Blom heads-up, and now I want to see it even more.

He was 37% on the flop, he might've been getting the right price after he led out?

I don't think betting the flop is that bad of a play and once he does, he is pot committed. He had what 150k behind? And there was 100k in the pot. He was less than a 2:1 underdog against a big pair.

When you play 8765 you want to flop a pair and oesd, a wrap or at least 2 pairs.

Not J 8 2

Bad play imo

Depends how deep you are. Or maybe he learned from Blom.

I have a feeling Ivey is gonna be the 2nd out after dinner. He really can't seem to get anything going this tourney. He needs to get put at Bloms table ASAP.

no strat in NVG but...

if Klodnicki is tight and like many people his 3betting range is heavily composed of Aces and strong Kings or something like that, then Doyle's play is completely standard. You'll see hands that play out exactly like that all the time at HSPLO - someone flats with a rundown hand vs a 3 or 4better, flops one pair and gets it in.

Not that notable.

I think Ivey has a much better shot at building a stack vs blom then the mixed game regs, hes been known to spew.

Is it not possible to block posters so you dont have to read any of my posts?

Actually what tilts me is your posting style, but if you think Little Britain is anything more than utter trash....

Spoiler:

That show gets cheap laughs by making fun of easy targets like the mentally disabled, fat people, elderly, etc. etc.

It's cheap, lowest-common-denominator humour built on stupid catch-phrases.

It is the opposite of why I as a North American usually appreciate your country's comedy. It is the antithesis of what British comedy is idolized for.

(Put comments on that show in spoiler tags to limit corruption of proper thread)

Dude, I remember the show. It was ok the first couple seasons, The Pimpkin sketches were good to start with but got horribly repetitive. Walliams went on to be a judge on Britains got Talent. Nuff said.
If your a fan of Mat Lucas, hows about a George Dawes Avvy?
Reeves & Mortimer, now they are timeless comic geniuses.
Please get rid of Andy. Keeping it whilst knowing it tilts a bunch of good posters on here (not me obv) just confirms what people suspect. You be trollin'
Aiight, /derail

I agree your avatar is tilting.

Yes that avatar is horrible I have ignore list just because of that avatar, I went on tilt every time I saw it, even the poster himself is fine as far as I know, I can't stand it.
It's the only avatar besides that annoying BBV troll that has to be blocked because of that

Sadly 2p2 doesn't have "hide avatar" function (that ie. they have on stars) so it has to be ignore list and that sucks when they actually have something good to say as I'm probably not the only one doing this. LOL first world problems.

Other than that hoping for a cool final table, it will be good no matter what in the 50k. Cheers

yeah, +1 to the tilting avatar + writing style, even though I don't know if he's just trolling so his writing style matches the avatar or if he's legit

It's possible to block only the avatar if you want to - at least I can on my browser (Opera). Having said that, molinn's posts are on par with his rage inducing avatar, ignoring him will lengthen your life for sure.
