he made a play, he gave himself a chance to win, he had FE, wow a poker player made a wrong play cal the presses....just cuz it was against the best player in the world u gotta trash on him cuz he suckedout? if it was other way around then ivey would be a "fn beast"!

He obv could have folded, but he had been playing pretty tight and had folded most buttons before that. When he raised I felt he was defo calling a shove.

I self confess I suck at no limit and did think I had fold equity in this spot, and most everyone makes this grin when they make a play and end up with a miracle doubleup.... I'm not one of the stoic types... my girlfriend was just trying to defend me and all you guys with the personal insults are way way way out of line imo.

It's only because its Ivey - if you had of done this to Jesus Christ everyone would have been OK with it....if it was Helmuth 8's you cracked with that hand that would have been God-like for many here. Anyway - congratulations on your cash - clearly none here have ever had a miracle double up anywhere at any time. Good luck with the rest of the series.

could fold? no. he has the nut nut of his range there and is snap calling every day of the week. (we're talking about the 88 hand right?)

folding would be the nut low play.

villain is obv on a terrible read or semi bad/terrible for making the play. but its a donkament, non-excellent players are bound to hit fts from time to time. didn't witness the fistpumping etc.
and im assuming his gf was making fun/joking coz no one is that clueless("but he won so good play" comment can't be for real)
