In the second hand of match Andy 4 bet(?) with a5suited showing bluff because it was clear ivey folded better hand. Throughout the match Ivey wanted to play smaller pots and see flops where he would most likely out play andy. In a big pot andy check raised on turn with a gut shot and blanked on river. Ivey was on a draw as well and failed to bluff at river so andy won with k high. The last hand ivey called with 67suited after andy raised with aj and apparently ivey wasnt deep enough to call a raise. Flop was a54 so money went in and ivey missed.

Andy showed bat etiquette throughout the match asking to see bluffs at showdown and showing bluffs he made. Ivey does NOT have to shake anyones hand. Ivey according to the commentary has not given a televised interview since black friday so even if he won there was a chance he could have left immediately as well.
