Not for the most basic things like big blind (which I would compare to say, a football announcer defining what a Left Guard is), but a vast majority of "analysis" in those sports is things the most basic person could figure out - like, for example, you'll often see "analysis" in football like "Quarterback A does very well when he's given a lot of time to pass so one of the keys for Team B will be if they can get a good pass rush to limit how often Quarterback A has to throw" or "Team B likes to blitz a lot, so a big thing for Team A will be if their offensive lineman can pick up the blitz to protect their QB".
It's pretty amazing how the vast majority of the pre-game "analysis" in major sports is just "A does this, so B needs to stop A from doing it", and post-game "analysis" is "A was able to do this better than B was able to stop them from doing it".
