I do think that if Gianetti is tanking for 10 minutes before finally calling with the next best possible holding when his bluffcatching range was far far wider, that Lamb would agree a smaller sizing probably would have been better against his entire range.

Why is it such a big deal if Busquet is talking advance strategy. It makes it better and more entertaining to watch. I mean really is someone commentating for a few hrs over the course of a week is going to turn someone into a pro. Im sure most people have gotten some kind of knowledge off of others in their poker career so why now is it not right for someone to spread that knowledge while commentating.

Its pretty hypocritical to say its ok for me to have gotten coached at one stage but now that i know advanced strategy i dont want anyone teaching anyone else. Is it fair some people get this insight from watching a poker stream while you might have spent money on coaching and lots of time into learning, Probaly not but life isnt fair.

thats a spot you need to be jamming the pot on the flop, there's a lot of cards that kill your action and if he has ak you may get it in on the flop as a big favorite, you may also get a flush draw to go nuts by raising the flop.
Where were you twenty minutes ago?

The other side, as aruged to me, was that you can get value from a potential 2nd bullet from a good portion of Ben's range, versus the small number of hands that we beat that call a c/r or a donk bet on turn, so playing it as he did extras more value (more likely to get Ben to put more money into pot with a lesser hand) and only fails if he hits a miracle river, which he did.

Do we have any real idea what Gianetti's hole cards were when Lamb found the set of deuces?

regarding the lamb deuce set hand, i remember what dwan said about when hes on doubt he shoves, that would´ve been a masterful and sick move, lamb would been crushed, fold or shove both the right moves, call really bad, but its easy to say it without the pressure

that would have been a kick in the face to lamb's game from which the whole table benefits

Are you allowed to raise under min in live donkaments? I swear I saw some 525k raises with 300k BB.

Ha, I don't think any player in the world could find a shove in that spot.

Just live with it, work on your own game and try to adapt .. if u don't want to put in the work, you will fall behind. Period. Or just quit poker right now and browse NVG fulltime.
I play mtts and sngs online but since black friday I cannot play. I do work on my game and have lived with adapting. I am not some fish as you think I am. I love poker and will always being trying to improve my game.

Yes I am a very miserable and unhappy person. Life isn't that great right now for me but I will get through it. I didn't think the entire army on 2+2 would team up against me but it is what it is. Ever since black friday I have been miserable so you happy now? Gl 2+2ers see you on the felt once online poker becomes legal in the U.S.

Why would Pokernews do a write up of meet the final 12??? Seems stupid to me. Save it for the November 9.

What were the blinds? Sounds like some people don't know what the minimum you can actually raise is.

300,000 to 1.1 is an 800,000 raise. Min-raise is 1.9.

There is absolutely ZERO way Isildur check/calls the flop, checks turn, checks river. He'd fire the river. But he'd probably also fire the turn, or check/raise the flop, or donk-bet the flop, or 3bet OOP against Ben in the first place. Such is Isildur!
