It really doesn't matter what they are discussing...You can't have two players whispering to each other at a poker table. It just reeks of collusion. It's basically the same thing as English only rules at poker tables.

I don't think Laborda played poorly at all.

Flop a K hi-flush vs top set, probably bad to lead out for $2m on the river and then call it off, but without knowing their history who knows.

The Ace hi-flush vs a turned set, rivered boat is also tough. Considering how much was already in the pot.

Other than him being really slow to act and the goofy flag as a cape, I thought he played pretty well.

it actually does matter what happens. If they aren't doing anything wrong, you can't penalize them for trying to level people. That just doesn't make any sense...
