Poker "careers" are in dog years and then some. So many of these players pop up for a year or two and then just seem to completely disappear. It makes sense because of variance and degen tendencies, but I'm surprised at people who seem to quit the game cold turkey. Poker seems like kind of a life habit to me. Like once you learn how to play, you never really quit. Guess not though.

When you got use to playing MTT's in your underwear (or nude), taking dumps, and walking to the nearby convienence store during the early stages of a tournament it's tough to transition to wearing deodorant, tipping dealers, and putting up with obnoxious table talk.
