Had a big ft two months ago in a $50 daily tourney.

At the time there was player named Paul Phillips. He thought the hand was ridiculous and there was no way it would actually play out like that. He did a big expose on why that hand didn't actually happen like that. He had video stills and everything. Apparently at the time if you weren't at the feature table (they weren't) they would record a hand and then ask the player what they had.

A lot of people backed up what Phillips said and, at the time, there was a consensus that neither Hellmuth or Tony D had what the graphics said they had.

LOL, this is definitely what happened.

Hellmuth had a boat, maybe AJ at the minimum, and then got asked. "Hey Phil, what did you have? So we can know for the tv broadcast."

Phil obviously lies to make himself seem like some kind of poker god/badass and says he bluffed him with a pair of sevens.

Meanwhile, Tony D made that move on the turn with air, but to save face tanked for awhile before folding. Being a good player in his own right, and having lots of experience playing Phil, he knew Phil had the boat. So they ask Tony the same question. To save face for the long tank, Tony decides JT would be a reasonable hand for him to have there to tank and fold with. He knows Phil had a boat, after all.

But I do believe that Hellmuth's hand was never shown to the camera so when they asked him what he had, he said 77 to look like a badass. I'm guessing he had 44

actually it was a russian player, who was 1st to win a satty and the ME! i know a guy, who knows someone, who made up a story, that back in 2003 all the binions big guys and some 'representatives' from online poker had the worst rail sweat b/c a player called Commi Kaschilzky (his real name was Ruzev, but at this time he already lived in the states as a travelling wrestling performer) had a really deep run.

Anyone know what happened to Kia Molajare the guy Dwight Pilgrim beat for the WPT title in season 9 2009? Seems like he fell off the face of the earth, died or was deported back to Iran and executed . Just kidding on the last . Checked Hendon mob data at it seems he hasnt cashed since 2010 which means he prob hasnt played since then

Anyone know of his whereabouts? 3rd place finish in the 2005 main event. Won a bracelet in 2010 but hasn't had a live cash in almost 4 years.
