Interesting—he seemed to crush online tournaments, preferred mix games, online cash, and crushed a WSOP or 2 after Black Friday iirc

I had kind of assumed he moved onto a financial sector or similar since he was so young

What happend to pman? He came into vegas like a wrecking ball and was always on the verge of hitting the grind really hard. I heard he got a headache or a cold and had to quit but I'm not sure.

I thought this too but he was a known high stakes player. They all loan each other money and help each other. You would think some players would have staked him or put him in tournaments but who knows. 2013, almost 10 years with nothing on Hendon. He might have passed.

i heard in some poker vlog maybe 6 months ago that Chau Giang is broke. i can't remember who it was, but i do remember it being a reliable source. something about how he used to play 2k/4k in bobby's room and now he's begging for stakes to play the lowest stakes available.

I think he on the top 10 list for Full Tilt cash winnings accounts, but I heard he went broke even back at that time at pit games.

Prior to the pandemic he was grinding the 5/10 nl tables at Twin River in Rhode Island for a year or two. At first people were shocked to see him and kept asking him what he was doing there. “The same thing as you,” he would reply. The rumors were that his wife was from RI and that he’d gone broke but I have no idea what the truth was. Twin River still hasn’t opened it’s poker room back up and I haven’t seen him at any of the MA, CT, or NH rooms so I’m assuming he’s no longer in the area. I think he showed up on one of the LA live streams not too long ago playing much bigger, so maybe he never actually went bust or maybe he’s got a backer for the big games.
