Anyone know or keep in touch with David Stetler, have no idea if he was big on the poker scene or not but he was a Vegas grinder before he got into DFS software.

More a wellness check than anything, he had a big pr blowout a few months back trolling people with his company account then calmed down for a while and started only using a private account. Then he went back to trolling, his private account got banned and so of course he's using his company account now to randomly call people ****** and such.

It's pretty bad, I'm seriously worried about his mental health. Destroying his company so he can call complete strangers ****** with the company Twitter account.

For years this account was the public face of the company doing things like customer service etc etc and then a few months ago Dave went off his meds or something...

Was watching some Lex Veldhuis old school-series youtube vids where he shows his online sessions from 2004-2006 era on Pokerstars and there are a bunch of well known cash game regs that are at his tables when he's playing 5/10 or 10/20nl on there.

I can't remember which vid it was, but I think in one of them he saw some famous player's screen name and he was laughing and remembering an incident where whichever player it was went on mega-tilt while multitabling and started shoving all-in preflop every single hand on like 8 tables of 5/10 or 10/20 or something crazy like that and lost like 50k or some huge amount or something.

Anyway, wondering if anyone has any crazy stories about the craziest tilt or memorable moments of that sort you remember of upper-mid stakes or high stakes players doing stuff like that from back in the day. Or maybe any crazy insta-misclick moments if someone was extremely deepstacked where they accidentally insta-called off like a 1,000+ BB stack with total low card air with no pair or draw or anything or stuff like that where it was clearly a giant insta-misclick. Or just whatever crazy back-in-the-day stories you remember from the 5/10nl-and-above cash games that involved well known players.

To keep it at least somewhat with the spirit of the thread, I guess only stories in regards to players who were well known in the era at hand, not just random players. (If this is too hijack-ey, then my bad, and disregard this post)

I used to watch that guy play on pokerstars sometimes way back in the day. I remember when he was like THE endboss on stars for a while it seemed like. Like he would just be sitting alone on all the highest stakes tables, hu tables, 6max tables, 9max tables, just sitting there with nobody joining his tables on a whole bunch of tables simultaneously with big stacks on all the big cash tables with almost everyone scared to play against him.

To me I always felt like that has to be almost as much fun (or, depending how much money you already have, maybe even more fun) than winning the money itself. Just sitting there alone for like an hour on 10 different top stakes tables with everyone scared to play you, lol. Must be a sick feeling. Kinda seems like to poker equivalent of being the top ELO rated player in chess or something like that, but even sicker, because with that it's just some rankings chart that comes out, but with this, it has that visual implicationey end-boss thing to it of just sitting there and everyone sees you just sitting there, alone, on all the top tables, lol.
