To actually think these cowards would had the audacity to play a whole series of 100k plus buy ins while only having a tiny fraction of players' funds in the company is preposterous. I can just see the brainstorm meeting between Jesus and Howard- Hey we've successfully gutted out company out of 440 million of players money. Should we let them watch us mess around with it? It could only generate more rake that we can dick around with more!

That NONE of them have said ANYTHING to the poor people who got them FILTHY RICH is a joke. Absolutely no backbone whatsoever. No apologies, no explanations, no attempts at restitution. Just silence and more big buyins w/ players funds for Seidel, Lindgren, Harman, Cunningham, Hansen and Juanda while people who actually rely on poker(not fat monthly ownership checks that you gladly accepted) for a living sit out.

Seriously, for as smart as these people supposedly are, they have no common sense. Maybe they're just oblivious to how unethical and inconsiderate their actions are.

Clonie Gowen turned out to be very lucky when these scoundrals cut her out. She was Dewey Cox. And Full Tilt was a drug. And Dewey don't want none of it.

I think it's safe to say people like Jen Harman had nothing to do with how bad the company was ran.

You're probably correct. However, that is irrelevant. If you founded a company, promote it, tell people to play on it, and make enormous quarterly sums as a shareholder, then YOU ARE ACCOUNTABLE WHEN YOUR COMPANY ROBS ITS CUSTOMER BASE.

Silence and no attempts whatsoever at righting the situation speaks heavily about the character of these individuals.

Ivey obviously did not take heed to Carmelo. Stop snitchin!

Why would players get loans from FTP? Why would winning players need loans?

Just saw re-run of Millionaire matchmaker with Beth Shak.......

Wow! Just wow!

I'm sure there was previously a thread about this. But it was too ridiculous not to see a discussion about it again.

The episode was epic comedy. Love how she tries to come off as someone who paid for a multi-million crib with her fabulous poker results:

Beth Shak's results.

Total $ 479,698
2010 $ 29,555
2009 $ 0
2008 $ 66,157
2007 $ 357,588
2006 $ 10,018
2005 $ 16,380

It just occurred to me.

The Onyx cup was just a front to get some of their funds back lost from giving the deposits.

I knew all along online poker had its problems. When Joan Rivers said to Annie Duke on The Apprentice that her friends were mafia crooks I took offense
as it being out of line.
At this point and time it seems Joan was on the money. Howard and Chris Ferguson and others had knowledge their business was being run in an unethical manner. It would have been like depositing money in the Bank of Lederer and Howard depositing the money in his account.
Since they paid no taxes to anyone personally these crooks must be help accountable 100 percent!

In general I don't think anyone really cares what Joan thinks, BUT she was right about Duke's friends all being crooks.

I wonder is there is a plan in place just in case one of the November 9 just happens to bite the bullet for lack of a better term. I mean what would happen to his chips? What about his chair? Does the 10th player get in? Any thoughts?
