I would advise against re-posting the thread (with or without text messages) as that could very well prompt a stronger reaction than simply deleting the thread again.

I will PM Mason as well regarding the situation, but there is no guarantee he will respond to me either.

He scammed so it needs to be a thread. I can agree to not posting thread personally, and maybe it’s better if I don’t cause Joe was subliminally bullying me for years and then couldn’t handle it when I did it direct back to him, but it needs to come out because the facts indicate he effectively scammed the poker community for 10k and then lied to cover it up.

The text logs indicate he was planning to angle me for 5k and trying to make me look like a creepy stalker publicly when I have not chosen to make myself a public figure.

I was advised not to post it in nvg as new thread. Mason has had ample time to respond and hasn’t. If it violates any rules against this forum to have posted in hsplo lc go ahead and delete it.

Just curious why the Annette thread was closed? She probably wasn't going to come back with the Lock questions, but it would be nice if she did.

What's up with your language? People want moderators who try to act in an objective fashion, this sort of language doesn't signal that at all. A mad mod is a bad mod.

The implication of the bolded sentence is the obvious problem which I pointed out ITT (I wasn't disrespectful, didn't comment on yt and obv didn't send any PMs). She did welcome the attention and media coverage when she was playing poker and had at least two sponsorship deals! When you decide to become a public figure and monetize your publicity you need to own up to it in the future, even if that publicity might be detrimental to your new endeavours. Deleting non-disrespectful comments on youtube which are simply linking her to her past on a media plattform that is featuring videos of her is not only the complete opposite, but that strategy will also fail once she becomes bigger on yt. And this will have nothing to do any childish 2p2 poker trolls posting dumb comments, her followers will take care of it because followers want to know who the person is they are following (and not only talk about makeup).

But she made it clear that she does not want to discuss any of this and you guys made it very clear that you won't allow an open and unbiased discussion and that she is great and we should respect her even when she shows up here with a not so respectful and generalizing attitude and tone. If she is doing endorsements there it's totally legitimate to point out that she's done endorsements for shoddy products in the past in a different industry. If she's sold her reputation once already she shouldn't be able to sell it a second time. The information is very on topic for people who are trying to work out if she's giving endorsements in the sense of recommendations or endorsements in the sense of sponsorship.

On the other hand, she should be able to own the above, and say that what she did aged about 20 years old isn't that representative of who she now is and she only recommends products she genuinely believes in now.

Any other poker stuff would be way off topic for that channel.

The NYPK thread is literally just 5 accounts that have all only posted in the NYPK thread talking to each other. I'm 99.9999% sure it's the same guy (he also has 4 instagram accounts devoted to calling the guy a fraud). This is tolerated by the mods but I was temp-banned for questioning the 5 accounts motives in the thread even though that guy has harassed me off the site.

This is kinda crazy that this allowed especially considering the seriousness of the allegations (fraud, tax evasion, other crimes), the fact that no new evidence is being presented (e.g. saying the software has a virus but not giving a screenshot or any proof), and that the people being discussed are all have public identities.

At least you're finally posting about this in the right thread, but I think you're a few months late on this. We had a real problem then with a handful of accounts continually bumping with little to no content, and we took care of that. Have you forgotten already?

I say you're a few months late because that thread gets very little activity these days. 13 posts in the last 18 days (a few of which I've now deleted), and quite a few of those are by posters who have been around our forums for a few years. So no, the thread is nothing like 5 accounts talking to each other any more.

I mean I got temp-banned for posting/reporting a post in that thread and a mod basically told me in PMs that questioning mods is a bannable offense so I just forgot about the thread but now I see all the recent posts in it and it's a bunch of unsubstatiated nonsense/serious allegations with zero evidence and I felt the need to say something.

Looks that way to me and it hasn't left the front page of NVG in months despite the OP and other victims having stopped posting in it a long time ago. His PPP club disbanded a while ago too and there is no way he will be able to start another club on the apps again.

Like I said I forgot about it and then I see something about how Adnan's poker room contains an ISIS virus and I had to say something. NVG gets so little traffic these days that the thread is always on the front page anyway.

There were no posts in the thread for two weeks. There is currently no thread on the front page of NVG that is more than two days old. Pretty sure it's safe to say it was off the front page for quite some time.

The ISIS post was a pretty obvious troll, so I deleted and banned even though I don't do a lot of modding in NVG. Also, one of the most frequent posters in that thread was banned in the last couple of weeks. So I don't think the activity in that thread has reached all that concerning a level at this point. But I agree with you on the virus posts, which is why I've echoed your question with my own post in that thread. And yes, there could be someone with more than one account in that thread, but it's not one person with five accounts talking to himself - not even close.

Cliffs: The thread got silly before, it's not that bad now, but we'll be keeping an eye on it.
