While I do not believe that the cate hall thread is being over-modded, I appreciate that OP posted his complaint in this thread. We all see the world through our own private prisms and mods are not immune to bias. I am sorry if my deleting your post upset you.

I certainly have a bias but I am not in a position to censor opposing viewpoints.

I don't want to speak for WN, but I suspect that the fact that your post wasn't addressing anything in the conversation and is just a slam at someone dropped out of nowhere, had a lot to do with its deletion. But that's just an outside observer's take on things.

I'm not sure how this is supposed to work. Do mods need to give warnings before giving 4 point infractions? I sort of thought a 4 point infraction pretty much was a warning.

He's been discussed in this thread before. But it basically boils down to this - when you're banned and then allowed back on the condition that you will stop doing something, coming back and doing that same thing three times in one evening usually won't end well.

i've seen warnings given less than infractions so yes, giving warnings are less than giving infractions, as having 100 points leads to a ban. not sure why this is debatable.

You also deleted my post when I criticized a female poker player a few months ago which resulted in me getting an infraction for questioning you. It seems there is a pattern of bias and sensitivity when it comes to anything directed at female poker players from you which not professional.

Whether one receives a warning or an infraction can depend on a few things - the egregiousness of the offense, the poster's posting and infraction history, and the forum in question (as not every forum is modded the same). Posters aren't going to get a warning before every infraction, especially when they have previous infractions.

Glad to hear that, because if you're at all familiar with the issues we've had with SD on this forum, you shouldn't be surprised.
