posting here because i have a complaint about the way certain mods are handling moderation in NVG.

sure, it's abrasive, but i believe it's a fair point that i'm making. the abrasiveness is perhaps even warranted by having been called "a pompous ass" for essentially no reason.
later that day, i get a PM from mod "whosnext", stating that i've been infracted 20 points.
the next day, i get a PM from bobo fett with another infraction for this series of exchanges the bovada thread, a thread which is basically a complete dumpster of whining and complaints-

i then followed up with another post directed at .isolated, which was not included in bobo fett's infraction PM to me, because this is really what .isolated's involvement here is all about-

i provide a lot of assistance to people in both of the bovada/ignition threads, mostly related to using bitcoin and about trying to effectively and efficiently handle the software problems on their site, so i'm not just some troll who spends all day in NVG starting **** with people. i do 99% of my posting in the politics section, and i am marketplace approved where i have sold pieces to a couple different tournaments/packages, so the 2+2 forums do have some value/use for me, which i'm not keen on losing.
i feel like there's a double standard in play here- clearly i'm being goaded, insulted, etc, and then punished for not being nice in response to it. seems unfair, and i dont appreciate the infraction points. to bobo's credit, he did only infract me 19 points, bringing my total up to 99, instead of giving me a full 20 and perma banning me. that was a nice gesture, but i still feel like i'm being unfairly targeted.
i am willing to stop posting in NVG entirely, since i feel like the forum for the most part has no value, and it won't affect my life one bit. but these infraction points and the conduct of certain mods is bothersome- in OOT, i have the moderator "27offsuit" who follows me around instigating, berating me, needling me over trivial issues (mostly in the steak thread, where he was even called out by long time/respected poster "El Diablo" for it), and i think there's a high likelihood that one of these days, he's going to look to give me an unwarranted tempban/infraction, and since i have 99 points, he'll gladly perma me and then we'll have to re-hash it in a similar manner to this all over again.
i take my lumps like a man, i've disagreed with certain moderation actions in the past, but i've never caused a scene or complained publicly about it on the forums. i'm sure there are many other posters (particularly the ones who have reached out via PM with questions about this or that) who would say that i have helped them in numerous ways and that my posting does add value to the forums. i feel like i'm being unfairly targeted here, and i don't like it.
surely there is some sort of compromise we can make to rescind some of these points (which i feel, again, are unwarranted), because this is basically a waste of everybody's time and i have good reason to feel that certain mods (27offsuit, mostly) are out to get me. these, in my opinion frivolous, infraction points that i just received will only make it that much easier for him.
SGT RJ knows me quite well from OOT, and i think she would agree with at least most of what i have to say here, and also that i add *some* value to the forum.
