Well, I don't know who to send this to or where to put this but I do know it probably needs to be said. There isn't a discussion of "internet poker moderation" and so this is the closest fit I can find.
AFAICT My thread was closed because the $10 fee (wrongly charged in my submission) is "not a lot of money" and that I have received my withdrawal (I haven't actually received it in to my bank account) so there is no problem at all.
I would like the following to be considered in determining the threads fate:
-
I have received a pm from someone else who is having the exact same problem! His
second withdrawal attempt has not made it to his bank in over two weeks from the time it was requested.
-The
amount being wrongly charged in fees shouldn't determine the threads fate!
-Although the money has been returned to my Skrill account, the money
has NOT made it to my Bank.
-"Lots of people having problems with Skrill and not posting about them" seems like another absurd point. (I wish more people had been posting about problems with skrill, maybe I wouldn't have signed up with them in the first place!)
-"nothing 2+2 can do about this" seems wrong. Leaving the thread open seems like a simple thing 2+2 can do to help me and others. (Isn't other people being able to see the reports of shady goins ons a reason the shady goings ons are reported in the first place?)
I would have just left it alone once the thread was closed but after receiving the pm I realized this could be a bigger problem than a simple screw up plus fee.
Oh and here's the thread:
