C'mon obv I don't want anything bad happening to him. But with this far from over and new details as long as her name for now was removed, I think the thread should be up. And it's already out there about him being threatened, imo having more publicity about it would LOWER the chances of anything happening to him. The more that know about it, the less likely she would be to okay something like that. She would be immediately a prime suspect.

I'm sorry you feel like I am playing a card. That is ridiculous. I come here to enjoy some poker talk and discussions, to keep my mind for a little bit off of my wife and what we both are going through. I am not perfect by any means but your post to me earlier imo was extremely inappropriate and hurtful. I've been a member for 5 years now. I try to enjoy this site but I feel like there are a lot of inconsistent decisions made on threads being removed, locked, etc. If I'm wrong fine I'm wrong but it made no sense to me for Videopro to delete the whole Andy Stacks thread because of a couple "A-holes". There's A-holes in almost every thread and I can't remember a mod deleting one entirely because of trolls. That was my point.

If it’s true that Faila and Mizrachi were handing out fake vaccine cards, how is that not worthy of a thread in the “News, Views, & Gossip” sub-forum? If that isn’t worthy, then what is for Pete’s sake? I’d bet the WSOP brass would be interested to learn about this as well.

Speaking only for myself, I agree. Presumably the thread was closed due to a lack of "evidence" of what Faila and Mizrachi actually did, not the allegation itself.

At least this time the allegation was made from a long time poker pro and not a brand new random account.

Why are you always on my case? I'm sorry but those are extremely serious accusations that someone started in that vax card thread and if true both Rob and Will could literally be arrested and charged. That was my point. I would think that a thread with very serious legal implications should have definitive proof shown before being allowed to stay open. And maybe I'm wrong here but if it isn't true you guys might be opening yourselves up to a lawsuit by either person.

This seems to be your M.O., every time. Never just asking a question or making a suggestion - it's always got to be going hard at the mods, and then you get upset when they reply in kind. As madlex says, it gets old.

As stated, I didn’t close the thread because of the kind of allegations but because those kind of threads recently have consistently turned into a total dumpster fire that had to be closed within 1-2 days anyway.

Let’s see what happens.
