It seems more like you have a complaint about a single infraction from a single mod in NVG, as that's the only infraction you've received in NVG in almost 3 years.

OK. This is an NVG moderation thread, but there isn't one in Internet Poker, so I don't mind discussing that here as it's all sort of part of the same complaint. Let's go through that derail:

I still can't believe that Ignition refuses to give me any kind of timeframe on a fix for the tournament lockouts, and they said they won't even notify me by email when I can play tournaments again. They told me to just keep on entering and trying to play, even though they've had to keep refunding me buyins + extra for my time. Does anyone at their company have a brain?
So tgiggity has a complaint that their tournaments have locked up on him, more than once. He's asked them to notify him when he can play again, which implies he no longer is.

And here the insults start. Yes, he had insulted Ignition staff first, but not you or anyone else in the thread. That aside, you make some good points if he's been entering tournaments continually, and from the post he made initially it wasn't clear how many times he had done it. But you did leap to a conclusion, which leads to this:

I'm not sure how you so grossly misinterpreted my posts on the subject, but I hope that clears things up for you.
Seems pretty clear cut here. He's entered twice and no longer does - your assumption was incorrect. He's thrown an insult back at you in response to yours.
But rather than backing down and calling it a day, you double down on it with this:

No, he didn't "keep firing off tourneys" - he said he did it one more time.

I think in this context, he makes some good points here.

There's the even more clear explanation.

idk wtf youre babbling on about, .iso, but im not the one looking stupid here
reading comprehension ftw
But you decide to keep the derail going with the same line of completely misrepresenting what he said.
He says: Locked out of one tournament, told by support problem is fixed, tries again and is locked out again, stops playing in tournaments.
You say: he cant stop firing off mtts after being locked out numerous times.
Please tell me you can see the difference here, now that you're a few days removed from the argument.
Either way, this is where you get the infraction. And it was to be 20 points because this isn't the first time for you in that thread - far from it.

Agreed, which is why I didn't ban you and would like to see you remain on our forums.

That clearly wasn't the case in this exchange. You certainly are being treated a little more harshly in that thread, because you're a repeat offender there. It just seems that your hard-pressed lately to make points without being abusive to others. I don't go around policing every time someone says something mean to someone else, but I sometimes step in when it becomes a derail, which is happening more frequently with you recently.
FWIW, you're only about 6 weeks or so from a 10 point infraction dropping off on its own. How about trying to avoid the insult exchanges in IP (and elsewhere) for that time frame, and I'll see about reducing that infraction and/or shortening up the expiry date on it - that combined with the 10 points dropping off should get you back off the edge of a ban.
