Not sure if this has been addressed anywhere, but does anyone know what happens in the following situation:

Player X is life banned from PokerStars for various offences including fraud

Same Player X has large balance on Full Tilt account (ROW)

Will Player X be able to log in to Full Tilt and withdraw his funds even though he is life banned from PokerStars?

So I e-mailed support earlier about this issue and they finally sent my balance of both my cashier and points balance. The problem is they gave me the cashier balance which is incorrect by $4,000. I had two cheques, for $2,000 a piece, which remained in 'processing' status until the day Full Tilt Poker closed down. This $4,000 was never placed back into my account. I just e-mailed them back about this issue because they clearly stated that the money would be put back into my account. I will keep everyone posted.

I'm very upset right now. I e-mailed them at approximately 3:30 pm from Ontario and they sent a reply stating my exact cashier and point balances. I had five figures in my account and my cashier balance is missing $4,000. I had two cheques for $2,000 a piece which were in 'processing' and never processed. I'm currently trying to work it out with support but they are telling me they are going to have to do a 'Bounced Cheque Inquiry.' This makes no sense because I NEVER received a single cheque and the cheques were never 'processed.' It clearly states on the website that this money would be placed back into my account. If I do not get a resolution from this I'm going to post the e-mails and other information. This should have been a very simple correction that was not made.

So as a player who was in the U.S. when Black Friday happened, and then moved to Mexico recently. Will I be able to touch the funds in my FTP account when they open it back up or am I forced to face with the DOJ to retrieve them. I am still in Mexico and am playing on stars now. Will I be able to simply recall my FTP account just like I did my stars account and be able to use the money on FTP?

Few issues.. Ok a withdrew about 5,5k before the site closed in late June. The money never arrived in my bank account and so was "left in limbo", but I understand that my money is safe.

Also , I am from Ireland , opened full tilt account in Australia where I lived for 2years, where I won the money. My visa finished in Australia and now I am in New Zealand using a different bank account than the one I had registered with FT in Oz. will there be problems with that?

And finally, I am not sure if I remember my FT log on details, and I never received one of those emails that were being sent around by support

unfortunatly your money will be credit in a none existant bank account in Australia.

No trolling - I'll try again as you obviously didn't read my post or that of AndyG: The "legit" HUDs (ie Pokertracker or HoldemManager) don't use datamined hands, only hands you've actually played in.
