I don't think there are any unanswered questions about the money now, unless you're Italian I suppose. All we're waiting for now are individual statements from the company with our balances etc. and an official launch date.

Honestly, if you think a few days silence is "pretty bad" I think you've forgotten where we have come from just a couple of months back.

Every 10 days is greater than a "few days." I just think he could manage the thread better is all, which is bad customer service. I work in the customer service industry and if I were to take 10 days without saying anything, I would lose customers. It doesn't matter if I don't have answers, it does matter with the way I deal with people.

The idea of the "customer service industry" is such a misnomer. Your experiences have no relevance to this situation and it's absurd to expect them to be in this thread handholding us through each "no news" day. Feel free to cash out and never play on FTP/Stars if you feel so strongly about this though.

edit: He even said not to expect much of anything in September, it's not like you weren't kept informed.

FTP customer service manager in the biggest deal in online poker history is slightly different than you reading off of a tech support card for time warner cable.

By the time Black Friday came around the $100 still had not come out of my account. A $100 isn't a big deal, just a question I'm curious about because I think anyone who played and never paid owe it to PS/FTP when it reopens. So...I'm wondering how this is going to be handled? I imagine there are people who made deposits that dwarf mine. If they lost this money it definitely should be a part of repaying players with legitimate balances.
This is one of the few parts of the Lederer files where he actually gave some useful info!

If you deposited and did NOT play any hands then there is nothing YOU owe as you didn't loose any real money to any other player.

If, on the other hand you played me heads up and lost $1 to me then this dollar is a "problem".

It could be argued that you do owe it but then you could also argue that you were allowed to deposit under false pretences...

Hope that makes things a tiny bit clearer...

The cardrunners sub you got from paying x amount of rake was pretty good, any news on that deal still being in place at some point?

3. Will there still be a link with Cardrunners, so that earning full tilt points credited you with free access to the CR site?

- I don't have an answer for this. My best guess is that this won't be decided until after relaunch, so it's very unlikely you'd see that promo still available at relaunch.

This thread is more tilting than the other FTP thread. All the questions about minor details are headache inducing. How about just waiting for the site to re-launch before you worry wether you will recieve your $3.50 rakeback or if your favourite stress ball will still be available in the store.
I thought this thread would have an opposite vibe compared to the other thread, I was wrong.

Hi Shyam,

I'm from Spain, how will FTP points be transferred to my Pokerstars account? Will they be converted to FPP or to money?

Can't wait for relaunch. Who minds minor things.

I remember it being said much erlier in this thread that it would not be the case when FT opens, but it may or may not happen latter.

i would guess they will first get the identification sorted and then care about the other stuff... so probably after nobody is left that has not received the ID email?
