they keep are money for a year and half and they demand stuff I never need b4 to cash out or play poker ,lol really

When I made my first deposit on Pokerstars they instantly foroze my account and asked of ID.

They weren't keeping our money. FTP owners stole it. It was gone. Now PS is giving us their money as a substitute.

I'm in the same boat as you pretty much. What I think will happen is at some stage they will post on here asking all persons (like us) to email them then they will send us a "proof of identification" form to complete.

It seems to me they are doing it in stages or they would be hit with an avalanche of emails which would slow the whole process down.

I laugh at those people who say they are deliberately slowing down the process. How ungrateful can you get? A few months ago we thought we had done our money cold.

FTP's old owners have his money. The DoJ has money from stars, which they may pay him in remission for his losses as a result of that theft.

This has nothing to do with FTP. All PS players went through this at the end of February due to Isle of Man regulations.

A guy mentioned people who forgot their email, and got a couple of haters, but I have a friend who started playing shortly before BF - like a few months - and he was mainly a live player. From what he told me, he deposited around 500$ and built that up to 600 or so. Then when BF shut the US down, he kept playing under the assumption that FT would be fine to ROW. (lol in hindsight there..., but I did too) Anyway, he only had an online acct at FT, and made an extra email for that. Now he cant remember his email. He knows his FT SN and PW. Is he still ok? ( I hope so, cause he has money IRL and said he wont play anymore online and would just ship his $s to my account if I want..... I thought about it, guess what I said....lol)

I'm a bit annoyed as I have something like 3K-5K on FTP, so I'm not really sure where I stand on their priority list. I haven't gotten any e-mail asking for ID or anything, I sent support an e-mail and quickly received this:



So I guess the answer is still "wait and see." I appreciate that everyone involved is doing the best that can to get stuff taken care of, I just wish I had been more paranoid and less trusting when **** went down, so I would have a better handle on my FTP balance now.

I have +$5k and didnt receive any email. But I got my stars account verified recently, and I use the same email address for both accounts. Is it possible I wont have to get through this again ?
