There is a chance, it is handled on a case by case basis and probably not immediatelly at launch...

Well maybe you could get above 27% with very high volume, but I sure didn't. Full Tilt had the poorest rakeback out of all the sites I've ever played in, but it was well compensated with smaller HU rake compared to other sites.

Just showed up in my inbox a minute ago

Action Required: You will need to verify your identity to access your account.*

In the interest of account security and in accordance with the anticipated Isle of Man regulatory requirements, you are required to verify your identity.

Providing valid documentation now will ensure that your account is fully verified and active upon re-launch. Once relaunch and system testing has completed, you will have unrestricted access to your Full Tilt Poker account, including all cashier functionality and poker games.

no you alwys got higher than 27, because you at least had FTPs on top of that, iron man also added considerable value at not much volume

Got that email as well. Don't like the sound of it at all.

They mess up big time, i can't access my money for 1,5 years, they somehow manage to come back into business with the help of stars and the first thing i hear from them is that bull**** about my documents, that i already sent them multiple times.

No explanation, no apology.

What exactly do Stars have to apologise for?

Anyone else going to have trouble providing a document from the address on file that is within the last 90 days?

I replied immediately asking for official announcement. I'm not just sending my passport and other details to some random email

edit: I don't even know what address is one file but >50% chance I don't live there any more and I expect many fall in this category

Nothing. I love Stars for buying FTP and giving me back my money.

But it is Full Tilt that sent that email and although the people that messed up don't work there any more the company itself caused alot of problems for so many people that i would expect another email than asking for my documents without even mentioning their wrongdoing.

i can see how people would like to get an appologie, but seriously this would only make every last fish aware of what happened (and believe it or not, that is NOT already the case) and certainly would lead to some of them not coming back to our tables...

that said, could Shyam please confirm if everyone is supposed to reconfirm identity? My account certainly was verified and i did not receive the above mentionen email, but another poster above mentioned his account was verified and he still got the email. A clarification would be much appreciated.

I was a US player on and before BF, and moved to ROW before the deadline. I wonder if the email was only sent out to these type of players??

It says only a small subset of players have been contacted. Maybe only players who have over a certain amount in their account?

I don't know what to do with the address verification. They want me to verify that I still live where I was living 1.5 years ago? So what if I moved?

Certainly not, because I'm not that type of player.

Over/Under on how long it takes before we see 3 or more players sat playing at 200/400 or higher at any poker format on the 'new FT'...
Struggling to set a line tbh....

im a ROW and i havent received an email.

Edit: Answer to my own question
"So far only a small subset of players have been contacted; it is not clear whether emails are simply being sent out in batches, or if re-verification only applies to customers in specific locations or with a certain account status."
