Haven't followed the thread the last couple weeks.

Is there a way to apply to the USA remission fund yet?

A few weeks ago I thought I saw a link to a form that had to be filled out and sent in by August 31... but haven't seen it mentioned since.

while i definetlty agree that the DOJ is filled with croocks i think the point was not that the DOJ is doing it but that FTP/PS are NOT doing it... turning it over to a third party seems to be quite common on these proceedings...

The money was transferred via FT in the end anyway, so what is the difference.

I'm sure there were/are great affiliates around so I'm not saying all are bad but the whole system just didn't seem right.

I also had an account on rakebackpros.com and was worried when I saw that the site is completely down. If it was owned by FTP (as others have said, I didn't know) then I'm sure everything will be sorted out but making an easy/automatic 30% (or 27%) rakeback system would be awesome for all of us loyal players as well as a good way to draw in new ones.

Definitely don't go with a VIP system, FTP was unique to Stars and weekly rakeback was one of the reasons I preferred it. Can't wait til it's up and running!

I know it takes time to restart the site, but I am a little surprised FTP needs the full 3 months to reopen. If the company closed down when the AGCC pulled the plug and all employees went home for good, that would be another thing, but there has been a real staff presence for over a year with basically nothing to do other than prepare the site for a possible relaunch. What the heck have you guys been doing for the last 14 months if not readying the site for a relaunch

no, not yet. DOJ has not hired the vendor yet to proccess the claims. The general feeling is sometime in Oct thr form may be out

You do realize that both P S and FTP(or at least the owner(s) are under criminal indictment. If it wasn't for P S we wouldn't be getting anything back, except maybe pennies on the dollar.

i played exclusively on ftp rush pre black friday and the month that followed before it was shut down - im just wondering if theres any way to get my hand histories fromnthis time period, and if not now, if they will be available when the relaunch happens

Danish License one time please! From what I heard it only costs 30k Euro to apply, and that's definitely a pretty good investment when the player pool in Denmark is reasonably big.

Tax free for players = More players and grinders= more rake = profit
