Has anyone tried to transfer money from one Full tilt player to another? Is that working fine?

Exactly. If merged stacks were supposed to be "busted" first then in the normal situation the merged stack should take 10th not 9th. Here we have something that makes no sense:

Two players bust:

Smallest Stack Busted Takes 10th
Merged Stack Takes 9th
Bigger Stack Busted Takes 8th

There really is no way to justify that logically.

Been a month since FTP reopened. I still have not bothered to reactivate my account. Is it worth playing yet?

I assume no and by what I gather by post on 2+2, its infested by pros who are clearing their bonuses plus the tables for ring/tournament is still low while still being easily the number 2 poker site.

Easier question would be at this time, would you play on PS or FTP?

There is tons of fish on there, I can confirm. My aces and kings are being cracked hard.

I'm not sure when exactly they pay out but I got this 4 days ago.

"Your Edge Rewards cash payment of $47.20 (USD) has been credited to your Full Tilt Poker account.

As a Gold status player, you achieve your Edge Rewards at a rate of $1.50 for every 100 Full Tilt Points you earn. If you have moved between status levels during the qualifying period for payment, a portion of your Edge Rewards may have been calculated using different rates.

For more information, check your personal Edge page via the My Promotions section of the game cashier."

Every Friday by default, you can change it in the lobby though (menu at the top under Edge rewards)

It was devastating when I eventually found out that the company didn't have the funds to cover player balances and I'm truly sorry for anything I posted that turned out to not be true.

Let me also say how terrible I feel and how sorry I am about how difficult the past 15+ months have been to so many players. I'm very thankful to PokerStars for giving players what was likely the most positive resolution possible to this ordeal. On a personal note, I'm also very thankful to them for the opportunity to continue on as the Poker Room Manager of Full Tilt Poker. Hopefully their confidence in me gives all of you a little more confidence that I'm still here for the right reasons.

I am committed to being as open and transparent as possible etc.

Given how you felt for the players over these 15+ months & you looking to be open & transparent, why did you accept a very significant bonus at the beginning of 2012? This was after the site was shut down (June 2011) and before any deal was done to save the business (Aug 2012). So when the company had very little money & all staff were told that there were no bonuses until the company was saved. Why were you a special case employee & how is it you didn't see this as taking the players money at a time when there was no guaranteed way for players to get there money back?

Solid first post.

Diamond flush hasn't mentioned anything like this. Can you provide sources please?

Interesting how did they found out after 1.5 month of the relaunch that I had two accounts. I had those for years, the first one was without rakeback, so I had to create a new one. I never logged in both from the same location, I haven't even logged in to my first account for like 2.5 years, and I never deposited there. Every details were different, including my email, billing address, even the country, phone number, except my name.
So my guess is that they were reading 2p2 where I mentioned I have two accounts, and they checked me out somehow. It's not really a big deal, just interesting. It would have been nice if they merged my accounts, but they simply closed one, and lost everything I had there.

Not sure if this is the right thread for this, but hopefully someone can help me out.

I have a large account balance in FTP (over the $3.5K limit to require personal verification during the relaunch). I was living in Europe last year when FTP shut down, so I am considered a ROW player. However, I recently moved to the USA.

I verified my old and new addresses with FTP and a told them about the situation. A representative told me that they would send me a check for my entire account balance once I gave them my phone number, but never confirmed with me the exact amount.

I sent my phone number and asked them to verify what they think my account balance is but I never got a reply. I've sent multiple follow ups but haven't heard anything back in over a month.

Is anyone else a ROW player now living in the USA. Have you had similar situations?

I was in a similar situation and was paid.

Also if you're looking for your balance you can log in from the US if you have the .com client, which might be available on cnet.

NeedsToBeSaid's advice will work unless you were registered as living in Italy at the time of shut down. If you were, as I was, PM me.
