Can someone please have a look at my account? I have been sending countless emails to try and get this resolved but no one seems to understand what I am saying. I AM SAYING, I CANNOT EVEN ACCEPT THE DEAL ME IN BONUS. IT DOES NOT APPEAR IN MY BONUS ACCOUNT! At the FTP client, when I went to requests -> Check my Bonus Offer, it states "We're sorry, but you do not currently have any bonus offers." I have also checked and verified at the "Iron Man Challenge Mid Year Bonus Page" that I DID NOT qualify for the Iron Man Mid-Year Bonus. CAN SOMEONE JUST HAVE A LOOK AT MY ACCOUNT AND SEE HOW I CAN ACCEPT THE DEAL ME IN BONUS AND GET IT TO EVEN JUST APPEAR IN MY BONUS ACCOUNT?

support@fulltiltpoker.com just replies with custom emails. Some don't address the queries at all. One reads: We checked your account as you asked us to, however all seems to be ok. Can you clarify on the part where you said "all seems to be ok?" At the FTP client, when I went to requests -> Check my Bonus Offer, it states "We're sorry, but you do not currently have any bonus offers." In my Bonus Account, it also does not appear. So how can I accept the bonus? Does this see, to be all ok to you?
