Before black friday, my FTP account was blocked and my money was freezed.
I tried to send documents to FTP for ID verification. My photo ID has been verified, but
they didn't accept my document as address verification.Then Black Friday happend.
If I send my address document for verification now, can I get my money back?

Shyam, is there plans for reducing rake on 2nd, 3rd, and 4th entries in METs? Also, METs should never allow more than 4 entries.

Also, RE: rakeback, I think you should scrap all rakeback, reduce all rake by 25-30%, and offer some promotions/kickbacks for high volume players.

Most sites don't run H/L tourneys because it takes forever, because of all the chops.

Any chance FTP/PokerStars will apply to act as the Claims Administrator for the DoJ with respect to the remission of FTP player balances? I think Stars would be in a great position to do so with more speed and accuracy than any other bidder, earning additional credibility with the poker community at the same time. Plus, you might find yourself easily able to provide the service at a SIGNIFICANTLY lower cost. As for the independence requirement (your commercially practical need to do the right thing should trump this), perhaps that could be addressed with through an audit by internationally recognized independent accounting firm/auditor.

As a player, I know I would trust PS more than some overpriced law firm specializing in class action law suits that might otherwise apply for this assignment.
