If they bring this in then it will help them keep a lot of money online as people who still dont trust full tilt or whatever will just transfer there money to pokerstars rather than take it all off and spend it.
Because getting FTP back up and running, which has to be with in 90 days of the deal being signed, is going to take ALOT of hard work and I can not see how inter site player transfers are going to be near the top of the list. I do not think its going to be near the bottom but there seem's to be alot more important things to get sorted first ready for the re-launch.
As for what you say about people wanting to transfer it pokerstars rather than withdraw it. If they have enough money on there to warrant being worried (I understand peoples value of money differs, so it is kind of irrelevant to put a $ amount on it) , then they would, I imagine be fully aware of the situation regarding ownership of FTP, and that whether you choose to keep your money on FTP or transfer it stars it is still going to be held by the same company, albeit in a different bank account. So I do not understand why people would instantly transfer there funds from FTP to PS just to feel more at ease. If you no longer trust the system then your going to withdraw despite the possibility of being able to transfer. Obviously FTP has alot of work to do to get back to where it used to be, but when it come's to trusting FTP I think the only people who this will affect will be the few naive folks who will still think Bitar is running FTP from his prison cell.
