I been getting this same reply every FREAKIN TIME. I've forgotten the mail id I used to use for my ftp account and the pw. When the hell is support gonna establish a friggin procedure for all the guys in similar situations?? This is rly life tilting

Anyone recieve any password in their email after forgetting password?
I tried about 4 passwords and thought I new it but I dont obviously but support. havnt sent me a temporary one yet?

yeah i'm i got my password correct but it wouldn't work. requested a new one but no sign of it in inbox or junk atm. this was 30mins ago, passwords expire in 8 hours.
They needed me to verify using details from a very old card. I've emailed support with the exact same documents I sent them a couple of weeks ago (passport + payslip) which I thought were used for account verification in the first place.
I guess they're being bombarded with emails. Certainly not like a few weeks ago when it took them 2 mins to reply.
I was prompted to enter the first 12 digits of a card I have previously used on my FTP account in order to login but I no longer use this card so don't know the digits anymore. Emailed them over half an hour ago, no reply so far.
