ok, lets get over this:
-I do not know him.
-I did not grow up with him.
-I have only met him a handful of times.
-If I passed him on the street he would not recognize me.
-I'm just a fanboy who feel lucky to have spoken with him in person.

Trivia: He drinks like a fish when he's out. If there is one guy at a club who'll always be absolutely *********, it's him.

Dont know how to use the translate thing, but this is a few words from the..uhm.. tax people about isildur.

They say he is Zlatan of poker and that he dont want to reveal any info if they are investigating him.
Yesterday the newspaper Dagens Industri said he may have a tax-debt on 1 billion swedish kronor.

No, sorry. I'm done with posting in isil threads from now on, but ty for the compliment.

There are plenty of Swedes on here and that interview isn't too long, I'm sure someone will be willing to do it. What goes around comes around.

edit: The reason I felt that translating the blog was needed is because it was written by Blom who used a non-machine-translateable (pretty much) language. The aftonbladet interview should be somewhat readable using google translate though.

Tax: "Isildur is poker's Zlatan "
Tax would not comment on it investigates poker pro Isildur1, but you obviously have an eye on him, Isildur is poker's Zlatan, "said Day Hardyson on Tax.
How the rules surrounding pokerproffsets billion
Game Wins EU / EEA region is tax free. It is a trial of a Bingo-Lotto-profit behind this practice.
A woman living in Åland stole money from the Swedish lottery and tax assessments increased later by the Finnish equivalent to the tax.
Would she rather have won the corresponding profit in Finland, she had been relieved of duty. The Court decided that the latter is the case in Finland also will apply throughout the EU and EEA.
All gambling outside these regions are subject still to tax under national rules.
Yesterday presented Dagens Industri reported that Swedish pokerproffet Isildur 1, Viktor Floral from Dals Ed, risks a skattesmäll of up to one billion dollars.
Tax expert on the issue, Day Hardyson, who is also responsible for a special project around 109 online poker company, confirms that the Swedish professional poker player must estimate their gains. But only if the gambling took place outside the EU / EEA region.
Day Hardyson would not comment on Isildur-matter under investigation or not. But that feeling of Isildur is no doubt:
- He is poker's equivalent of Zlatan. So who does not know him, "says Day Hardyson to Realtid.se.
Tax rules saying that Swedish poker pro who plays in the EU / EEA region do not have to pay tax for profits. If you play outside those areas / regions, 30 percent tax.
A number of data argue that Isildur has played through something called the Full Tilt Poker.
According to Day Hardyson Full Tilt Poker is something that, legally speaking, be considered as if it is outside the EU / EEA. This is despite the game site first had its seat at Auruba in the Caribbean, belonging to the Netherlands, and now runs through Alderney, which belongs to the British.
Whether Isildur has played through the Full Tilt Poker or not would not date Hardyson comment.
According to DI is a commonly recurring role on the poker sites that Victor Blom gambling traded 30 billion.
Provided that Viktor Flowers really have played through the Full Tilt Poker, and also won such sums as it talks about can he be guilty Swedish state upwards of one billion in taxes.
Selects Tax to crack down on Victor Blom is not the first time Swedish poker pros end up in trouble with the Tax Office. According to Expressen, for example, Martin de Knijff received a skattesmäll of ten million and Daniel Larsson, a million dollars. But this is not anywhere near what Victor Blom might have to pay.
Victor Flowers are moved from Sweden since 2 November 2010. Today he is written in an address in London.

That auto translation is pretty bad, and while I'm not Swedish I am married to one, so here's my best effort. (Real Swedes please feel free to correct):

Tax: "Isildur is poker's Zlatan" (Zlatan Ibrahimović a Swedish soccer player)

The Swedish tax authority (Skatteverket) did not want to comment on whether they were investigating poker pro Isildur1 or not, but obviously we have an eye on him, “Isildur is poker's Zlatan," said Dag Hardyson.

Yesterday, Dagens Industri (a Swedish Newspaper) explained how Swedish Poker proViktor Blom from Dals Ed, could risk a tax bill of up to one billion Swedish crowns (around $150 million).

Tax expert, Dag Hardyson from Skatteverket confirmed that Swedish poker professionals must pay tax on their winnings. But only on games played outside the European Union.

Dag Hardyson didn’t want to comment on whether the Isildur case was under investigation, but there’s no doubt that they know about him:

“He is poker's equivalent to Zlatan. So who does not know about him,” Dag Hardyson told Realtid.se.

Swedish tax rules state that poker pros do not have to pay tax on winnings within the EU / EEA region. But games outside the UE /EEA are subject to a 30 percent tax.

There are a number of indications that Isildur played on Full Tilt Poker.

According to Dag Hardyson playing at Full Tilt would, from a purely legal standpoint, be considered as playing outside the EU / EEA. Despite the fact that the site was originally based in Auruba in the Caribbean, belonging to the Netherlands, and is now run from Alderney, which belongs to the British.

Hardyson did not want to comment on whether Isildur had played on Full Tilt Poker or not.

However, according to Dagens Industri (a Swedish Newspaper) it is commonly known that Viktor Blom played on the site for 30 billion crowns.

If Viktor Blom really did play at Full Tilt Poker and win such sums as have been mentioned then he could owe the Swedish state upwards of one billion crowns in tax.

And if Skatteverket does decide to crack down on Victor Blom then it won’t be the first time that a Swedish poker pros has end up in trouble with the Tax Office. According to the Expressen newspaper, for example, Martin de Knijff received a tax bill of ten million crowns and Daniel Larsson, a bill of one million crowns. But these sums don’t come anywhere close to what Victor Blom might have to pay.
