WOW! WCGrider is a class act. Anyone who says otherwise knows nothing about him. I can say this, I have played tons of poker with wgc. Never once have I seen him do anything remotely douchey. I have seen him several times tip dealers 10 to 20 dollars when we would sit at 200nl live and flip just to piss off all the old man coffees and nits. I can't believe im wasting my time in nvg but I couldnt let this go.

Doing something to piss off people isn't even "remotely douchey"? Especially when the game is just fun for you (I doubt he plays NL200 to make money), why would you do something you know will piss people off? Isn't that pretty much definition of douchey? Someone who pisses people off in live tables on purpose is really hurting the games there, as why would those people who get pissed off instead of having fun come back? Likely wont, or at least not as often. WCG is pretty much confirmed douche.

archii, In my opinion, grumpy old men who moan at the dealers consistently and make regular comments on other peoples play, plus the grinding nits who play one hand every hour, are the ones who actually ruin live poker. So pissing them off isn't a big deal at all.

Recreational gamblers who dabble at live poker will want a fun, LAG table as it will feed their gambling crave... So in reality, creating a fun, LAG table with lots of big pots is a probably a good thing for a live game and not douchey. Plus, people who sit are allowed to play however they want. If someone wants to do loads of flips and create action the 'grumpy old men and nits' should either adapt to it or **** off with their boring styles that recreational players hate.
