Power nap isil, power nap!

I want to see action now.
10-06-2012 , 02:16 PM

Lol... We all watch this over and over hoping for isi to repeat a Full Tilt style run, but the same thing happens instead like clockwork. Galfond clocking in to collect his check

Yeah, we can speculate but we just don't know. Galfond maybe went to bed 12 hours ago and just woke up, or maybe galfond watched isil play but for some reason decided not to play right then and there.
10-06-2012 , 02:28 PM
Im pretty certain hes been told isil has booked a big win......he might seem nice and he probably is but galfond is one of the sharpest players around, if he sees an opportunity hes going to take it.

Obv. that's what I believe too. I'm just saying, we don't know.

If we're gonna speculate, and assume Galfond has been awake for a while, then a possible hypothesis would be that Galfond just wanted isil to win some more money, before he played him.
10-06-2012 , 03:03 PM
Haha, so after being MIA for a month, Galfond turns up when Blom manage to run up a roll?
And then we have that weird, legendary blog post. "he’s one of three opponents that I play with but genuinely have no clue whether I have an edge or not."

Tell it like it really is, Phil.
10-06-2012 , 03:09 PM
Galfond was on earlier. Maybe 1 hour before Isi arrived. but IDK 100% to be honest but there is a hint of bumhunting tbh
10-06-2012 , 03:12 PM
Ehh...sigh...Galfond hasn't at least seemed very interested in playing Isil for like the last year or so...except times when Isils been tilting/tired. and he has had plenty of opportunities. Could be coincidences though
10-06-2012 , 03:36 PM
gogogo isi. give us some action
10-06-2012 , 03:45 PM
If someone joins him and he sits out until Viktor comes I guess that's a formative answer.
10-06-2012 , 03:49 PM
OBVIOUSLY bumhunting Isildur. I guess Gandolf is as good as anyone to give it away to.
10-06-2012 , 04:00 PM
The thing is viktor doesnt care if hes bumhunted, as long as he gets action and they dont play like nits.

I'm sure there is truth in that statement. When Isildur is running hot Galfond stays out of his way. I don't blame Phil for picking his spots vs Isildur. It's not all about ego it's about winning money when thats your job. We all know Isildur is going to play anyone so why would I want him to lose it to any other bum hunter. If Isildur is to lose I like seeing it done by Galfond or Sauce.

2-7TD is expensive lessons.

edit; isildur has lost ~385k in FLO and 27

somebody please make a sparta style GIF, something like "THIS IS MADNESS! THIS IS ISILDUR!

what a sick, sick degen

thing is, 27 crushers like seb86 probably would have been very, very happy to coach him at say 2000$/hour, but he prefered to pay at least ten times that amount on the tables lol

and he probably still hasn´t learned anything, judging by how both harrington10 and seb86 absolutely murdered him
