I don't like Sauce I don't want him to win. He is def one of my least fav high stakes players.

Boy, how things have changed within the last 12 hours for Sauce. He had a rough time at the Omaha 8 tables, not winning much. I think he was a small loser in that game. Then all of a sudden bam, played 200/400, ran good against Isildur (as per rule in their usual 200/400 games) and pretty much went through and outlasted everyone else. Looked at the Stars tables, I see a total of around 750k spread across four omaha tables. Very impressive and lucky for him today.

Cmon guys, we´re gonna see a run and bigger than 2009 from him for sure. Too bad he´s gonna have to leave his EV behind to PS though.

He is the best thing that has happened to poker for years. To the heights of moneymaker boom. Can you guess what would happen if this guy goes big on TV ? Unreal imo if happens. Young and reckless!

not that facts matter, but this from hsdb:

In the first hour or two of playing his luck, especially against Sauce123 was appalling, and within no time he had lost well over $300k of his winnings - and at this stage his EV graph was showing he should have been up around $40k on the sessions

The amount of hands they play in a year is pretty big. This happens every couple of years for them. Like bauce123 right now. The run he is having has happened before for him and many others. Also they are playing high variance games, huge downers and heaters is bound to happen every now and then.

Guys who play larger sample can say more about this i guess.

Yeah, I agree... the 2009 run-up was something special, unlikely to be repeated, especially by Blom. He's not an unknown anymore, people have learned how to play against him.

It would be incredibly awesome, from a railing perspective, for something like that to happen again, though.

It doesn't seem like that much of a stretch - how he can build up 700k from nothing, quite consistently, is really impressive - if he got a bit of run good and maybe upped his game a tiny bit, theres no reason that he couldn't go up a few mill over a week, and so on.

But with his current tilt problems, yea, you're probably right.
