A pro poker player's facebook update, Frank Saulle, mentioned that Obama declared poker a crime.

Any info on the hearings or the context in which he made the comment?

Actually, this is kind of true. I read on this one guy's Twitter page that Obama said playing poker was equatable to selling drugs to school kids.
