I mean, just under 2 weeks ago, we had this post in the PPPoker Discussion thread:

When I confronted him on his allegations of how the other victim might have Photoshopped his accusations, he wouldn't back down. NYPK is high profile, the poster got paid, so everything must be legit, in his eyes.

These scammers need to be outed.

Of course light needs to put on the network itself as well, but we've seen in this thread why people are going to play there regardless of the risk. People will still play there as long as they think *their* operator is legit, so while the whole operation needs to be held to scrutiny, that shouldn't take anything away from highlighting individual operators that are stealing.

yes that is from my post, as I mentioned I was totally biased because of his insta followers and playing on tv and having poker pro friends that are reputable, thats why I deposited with that said. As I said it could photoshopped, wasn't defending it just saying possibility. I also wrote this when I got paid because I said okay maybe slight maybe the allegations of this 200 could not be true because if I got paid a few k why would he burn someone for 200.

With that said, something I might want to ad as well, that I didn't mention, when I confronted the allegations of this 200 to their admin which I'm sure is either peteystaysfresh or adnan, they said it's false. So in no shape or form did I think I was getting paid. I kinda put him in a position to pay me. I made up a story that someone in my family is in serious health issues and I needed the money asap.

I now 100 percent believe that he burned someone for 200 bucks. Also note my posting was before all this 20 k and 40 k scamming. I wasn't trying to discredit anyone else's claims. The only claim I was trying to make is if I got paid few k why would he burn someone else for 200. At the end of the day he's just a scum bag. If Mods here allow me I will post all the transaction history from the companies that was sent money to me so nobody does any transactions with this goof. If anyone has been a victim of this guy I am truly sorry for your experience and yes it must feel really ****ty.

I don't think even with all this exposures of scamming he will pay. I do think we as a community can put a stop to all this as we are now so nobody else becomes a victim .

We should call all the casinos that he goes to and let them know he's a scammer

More Players coming Forward, 10k NyPokerKing, Aka Adnan Stole

I been in touch with Sizzler he sent me a screenshot that someone messaged him stating that Nypokerking owes him 10k. Adnan said he's going to show proof that there was collusion with Sizzler, thank god for the power of recording. When I played on his club recorded hours of sessions, playing with Sizzler and you can see not one suspected hand in 3 videos below.

Player messaging Sizzler saying Adnan still hasn't paid 10 k

Adnan says he's gonna show proof of collusion

For those that didn't see I posted few hour sessions of myself playing with Sizzler and probably 10 hours not recorded . I can confidently say I didn't see one suspicion hands. His fish players that lost money to Sizzler are Dming him saying oh ya that guy was suspicious just as Joe stated in his video.

Authorities have not pursued for the same reason they haven't pursued the clearly illegal cash games that have been running in Houston for years, for example.

One Club based in OH (cant rem the name) shut themselves down six month or so because club owners decided they either had to move out of country or shut down site, as they understood they were breaking the law.

edit. just for fun I pulled up NY law. here is one of their key definitions

https://www.gaming.ny.gov/pdf/Chapter%20174,%20Laws%20of%202013.pdf
I am not a lawyer, but I would imagine it's actually a federal crime in violation of the Wire Act... and Even if not federal in that regard, it's probably a federal crime because he crossed state lines in commission of the crime if he talked to/met with other admins in multiple states and/or exchanged cash/chips in different states and carried them across state lines in the operation of the business.

One of the reasons this stuff doesn't often go that route or come to light is that people being scammed who call them out never get paid, and their only shot at getting paid is keeping their mouth shut and waiting for the cash to roll in from other depositors and hopefully eventually go their way. Also people know it's bad for the poker community for these stories to go public, and some of the victims may prefer to play on other similar poker clubs/sites/whatever rather than bring the whole house of cards down over it.

PPPoker should actually have a lot of incentive to shut him down, given that this type of thing could literally kill their app/business. If I was one of his victims, I'd be considering pursuing that route.

What am I saying thatís wrong?
The poker IG community is in many ways separate from the online poker community and 2p2. It's more based around live games and all, and given that he blocks anyone who calls him out and then gaslights his followers, he's somewhat insulated from any effort to out him as a scammer. Like, multiple people in IG poker community warned about this months ago and said he was a known scammer. I remember guaranteeing to people that he'd scam money off this, and they went and played on it anyway.

He's got a cult-like following on IG because he's very good at promoting his bull**** "brand" on there, and there's very little we can do to change that - especially those of us with no stake in this.

The victims have a few viable avenues to try to get their money back and/or shut him down:

1. Sue him and hope the courts understand enough about illegal online gambling to rule in their favor, and hope he actually has assets they can seize.

2. Report him for his crimes and hope local/federal authorities care.

3. Pressure the app or IG to shut him down.

Hypothetically they could also operate outside the law, but I would never suggest that, don't think it has a lot of upside in terms of getting paid and it has tons of downside in terms of going to jail.

They don't care at all, as long as he keeps dumping money in the pits. They wouldn't even ban him from poker rooms for this - only for cheating at poker in their casino... and they still wouldn't ban him from the property.

How can he prove collusion? The managers of the PPPoker clubs have no access to any of the back end data and I'm not sure if they even have access to the hand histories.

NYPK now claiming the two players were cheating and will issue refunds. It's disgusting.

All the hand history is saved in the PPPOker app, I'm yet to see one hand of collusion.

I know where you're going with this, but 30 million is about what you can expect with a 100 million dollar win if you take the lump sum.

I have working experience with gaming laws , but I know nothing about Fed banking laws. But what you say is pretty spot on.

Rem that Black Friday /sites were shut down, not by gaming laws (of which there are basically none at the Fed level except IGRA) but by the banking laws you reference.

Also banking laws would prob be a much more cut and dry case for a prosecutor . Seriously doubt any district atty would waste their time pursuing either one of those by themselves, but if they had him on other charges there would be no reason to not throw all the above at him as well as part their prosecution.

Good point. I would imagine if PPPoker (owned by a company called AceKing Tech Limited) started due diligence on all of their hosts/operators, they would quickly cull through and have to cut loose a large chunk of them.

Again, free money flow and no reg oversight in a gaming business attracts alot of cockroaches, scammers, an scrumbums. For better or worse, thats why we have regulations.

LMAO, I truly doubt you forced them to pay you bc you made up a story of your sick family. You think if they didnít plan on paying you, they give a **** about your sick family? Give me a break. Gtfo. I understand other people, who didnít get paid being here. But didnít you say you got paid? Youíre here just to say, the only reason they paid you is bc you forced them to? LOLOLOLOL.

And your damning 6 paypal accounts...those are nothing but other depositors...have you not read how cashouts are paid? So yohíre Going to report other innocent paypal depositors. Read and comprehend before submitting silliness.

Youíre last statement...good grief. Each statement you sound dumber and dumber. You think the casinos give a ****?!? LOLOLOLOL. Omg. Gtfoh.

if he owed me money especially 20-40k i'd tell him he has a week to pay me otherwise i'm letting ppp know about this so he gets shut down and i'm going to the authorities about his illegal business across state lines so his ass ends up in jail- totally realizing at that point i'm never getting my money.
The imbecile really has left a great trail of evidence that would make the case a layup.

PPPoker does not worry about this stuff. I've spoken with their rep in my region and while they obviously don't want club heads that are scammers they wouldn't close down a union for any reason like that.

Ok, but building on what Borg23 suggested, I wonder what the Compliance teams at Google Play, Apple and Samsung App Store would feel about an app in the store blatantly promoting illegal gambling and perhaps also facilitating violation of fed banking laws.

I know nothing about if they would care. Just asking

Theyíll probably monitor accounts more and more clubs will probably close even if they are honest ones.

If they did care, they wouldnt shut a club down, they would shut the entire PPPoker app down. All clubs on that app would go away.

Re: NYPokerKing's online poker room appears insolvent and wont pay players.

NYPK is most definitely guilty in all of this. Guy is always busy handling business and everyone knows his business is scamming people. Glad to see that he scammed 60k from individuals but pokerclub.ag the number one poker network is having a 10k free roll which is obviously pretend play money. Mr NYPK wasted all of the clubs funds on chasing his dragons. Too bad the dragon Slayer couldn't slay any dragons and now he is broke.

I wonder what role Mr Peteystaysfresh aka Peter plays in all of this. I recall a few weeks ago he was in desperate need of money for parts for that lemon of a car he bought and was offering bonuses and profusely thanking anyone that gave him money because he needed money so bad for parts for his piece of **** car. He also just moved back in with Mommy so I guess his employer spirit airlines isn't paying him that well and also he never works. Has anyone thought of calling spirit customer service and letting them know flight attendant Peter based out of Orlando is running an illegal poker club. Petey never plays live poker anymore I played with him in Vegas and guy is ****ing terrible .

NYPK won't go to jail over this people will just be out money and the club won't operate any longer . I think we need to bring to light all involved Adnan, Peter, courtney aka liberalchhck and whoever else is involved anyone have any more names anyone has so we can watch out for other scammers
