Just to let the community know I did end up filing a complaint with spirit airlines today about Petey. I am getting a call back from a manager there to discuss further. The return call is going to occur with 24 hours . I will keep the community posted.

I was hesitant to report him to his employer but with how many victims he left behind I felt it was necessary. Whether anything happens with it or not is yet to be determined.

That's awesome, I'm glad to see some people arent sitting around doing nothing. These people purposefully and knowingly promoted a club for the sole purpose of stealing money. When your girlfriend/exgirlfriend confirms you pocketed the money knowing the people you recruited would never see it again, that type of person is a scumbag, on wallstreet people like that went to jail, similar con, smaller amounts. I hope more people call or report to ic3.gov, they all knew, said nothing, just kept taking people's money, that's so messed up, and he didnt even apologize in his last post, didnt offer restitution to his victims either, and because in the past others didmt speak up nypokerking was able to do all this and the next time itll be more of the same, sizzle and donkey being quiet last few weeks is interesting too, it is a lot of money owed to them so easy for me to complain about their silence. I just hope they speak up

I understand that, and personally I dont believe you had anything to do with this. My question to you is why, when you see all this evidence, dont you just concede the fact he is a scammer and fraud.

Look I understand people may have been scammed by him but the simple fact is I don’t know the facts. Where I come from if you don’t know the facts then you keep your mouth shut or you get your a** beat for talking about what things that aren’t fact. If he’s guilty then all the people who reported him to those authorities will end up being justified when he goes to prison but we live in America where you’re innocent until proven guilty and not the other way around. The posts I’ve seen thus far regarding this whole alleged scam are text messages or dms mostly of a few guys asking for money they’re due. And I’m sure they have a claim but I don’t jump into matters or OUT someone without knowing the cold hard facts. Not just allegations made over text and dm.

If you think that’s naive then you have that right but I don’t put a man to judgment without knowing for sure he’s in the wrong.

Let me say this again. He may or may not have taken players funds but I don’t know that personally and none of the posts show facts. Only allegation and I’m not involved either way so trying to drag my good name into the mud is wrong and you guys should know I don’t take that lightly. Yea the grand larceny conviction is fact but it’s not in debate here. What’s in debate is his alleged taking of players funds on ppp. I don’t even give a f*** about that. It’s not my biz. I read all of it and I get it. What I don’t like is people trying to forcefully drag me into it and purposely try and drag my name into the mud just to get me to say something that may or may not be true.

If he scammed he’ll be judged accordingly either in court or out of it.
