To anyone in the community who is naive enough to think that what's happening right now constitutes enough good faith to feel safe playing on NYPK's site, I would STRONGLY encourage you to reconsider. As others have pointed out, this feels an awful lot like Adnan just trying to get a couple positive statements out there by making partial payments. I mean, he's now paid ~2K out of ~43K? So less than 5% of what he owes DonkeyCopter.

And of course, keep in mind that players funds should always be kept available for withdrawal, that was never Adnan's money to play around with.

Right now this feels an awful lot like past poker scandals in which debts were slow walked with constant bull**** along the way. Maybe Adnan really wants to pay it back and ****ed up and degenned it off or something, but it sounds like he's trying to do just enough to keep his club running and keep raking (and possibly scamming others) so that he can keep making money - maybe to pay this back, or maybe just because the $1500 or whatever that he's paid in the last couple days < however much he can make by keeping it running.
