In this tournament the bounty prizepool was not fully awarded to the players

the bounty top prize was 6560€ but the player who won the most on bountys won 261.74€. That does not even cover the 10 bounties of 330€ they had for this tournament neither the bounty prizes above.

where does this money went?

I already reported this to Betfair support. But who is the true responsible for the tournaments held in ipoker software?

It looks like a bug. That all the bounties in the right hand list are showing with decimal points but there is only one bounty prize with a decimal makes me think there is a bug in the column showing the bounties. It's probably doing some weird formula, that works on PSKO but not on mystery bounty tournaments.

It's a mystery bounty which means it's mysterious to even the site, you may get awarded it or not, all part of the mysterious allure

Maybe they put an incorrect guarantee, the overlay seems pretty huge

I final tabled this and was confused with the bounties.

With 13 left, the 6k was apparently still in play. It went hand for hand (not sure why) and I had both tables up. All of a sudden I noticed the 6k was gone even though I hadn't seen anyone win it and the player who had just bust had only €11 on their head according the envelope graphic. I assumed I had just missed something but I think it's worth checking with support or anyone that can confirm they won a big bounty.

Now I am looking at the screenshort above, I see the lowest bounties are 11 and then 27. However, I won a €22 bounty which makes me think something went wrong.

Please do that. A big part of the prizepool is missing at the end of the tournament. We should force them to clarify and rectify this situation.

isn't the point of the "mystery" bounty, that you don't know who has these prizes? Or have I misunderstood the way it works?

I was the player that bust another one when the big KO was gonne..so happy in that moment but seconds later on the table only 11€..lucky me

It is a mystery what you win but you know what is left that can be won. No secret who wins what no.

I won this tournament, and also noticed the malfunction. I was on the phone to customer services for a long time yesterday, and have been assured it has been sent to the poker team on high alert.

I also was sweating the 6k, and it disappeared but no one won it. The reason I realised there was an issue, was because it said there was a 665 still left on the FT, and from that point I KOd every player, and only won min bounties.

I added every bounty up, and I think they've basically not paid any bounty to any player above €65.

I suspect the been they'll be able to do is give us all average bounty?

They will sort this issue, or we will all make a lot of noise on social media and elsewhere and cause a **** storm. So, not to worry too much.

I checked my account this morning and it appears this has been added, if everyone could check their transaction history and try and see if we've been given the same roughly or different etc. Not explanation but assume this is them solving the issue? I still think we should make a fuss and ask for compensation in some way, I think we should at least receive a bunch of free tickets or something for such a disgraceful mistake that we had to point out ourselves.

So although it is something, I have no idea how they've got to this number, there's no apology, etc etc?

This has also appeared, and I have received an email explaining the fault, as well as the ticket being added as a good will apology. Seems they have sussed the issue, and I hope the person who won the 6.5k has been credited it now? Apparently they were able to see what we were supposed to have won? I'm still not 100% sure it's absolutely correct, but it's definitely a lot closer than it was.
