It looks like an honest mistake, but Jamie definitely took a 1k chip from the guy in seat 1. Somebody let Jamie know so he can pay it back.

Toward the end of the stream about ten minutes left. Seat 1 wins a pot where the board is QJQ, he stacks his chips and leaves a 1k chip sitting in front of his stack. He has been leaving this chip in front of his stack all night, and it's there again after he stacks his chips... a little to the side as a new hand is dealt.

During the next hand, Jamie bumps his own stack, but does not knock any chips off. It appears that Jamie mistakenly assumes that a 1k chip was knocked off his stack, and he reaches over and picks up the 1k chip that belongs to Seat 1 (is it David?). Jamie stacks the 1k chip onto his own.

I think it's an honest mistake, but should be corrected.

Edit: Dan Zack says at the end of the shows that "this dispute over this chip that has been going on at the table right now has been resolved. It is David's chip. It has been settled." David got his chip back.

I have to say now I call them roe rather than fish.

LOL @ Jamie Gold inadvertantly nearly stealing a 1k chip. It's like something I'd joke about in this very forum. Situation as described, and given its Jamie Gold, does seem maybe kind of sketchy to me.

This isn't poker-related, but it definitely is NVG-related...

FFS people, "should of", "could of", "would of" and all the related "of"s - how does this make any sense to you?? Yes, when we say "should've" it sounds quite a bit like "should of" - but it's not!!

I imagine that PokerStars will chase whatever state is currently passing a 'online poker' bill through their legislature. They can 'plan' all they want, but will not show up where the rules aren't in place. GL

Not clear how poker will work .. There was talk of a limited number of licenses being available. Who those licensees hire to run a platform is another thing. I can see MGM Casino hiring Poker Stars to handle their administration and just take a cut.

Certainly WPTPoker.com 'should' be legal, but they may say that the opponents may be from out of state and not allow IP access. We'll see ... GL
