Looks like for the upcoming season of Poker Night in America Joe will be a co host with Chris Hanson (not the NBC guy).

He will be back on network tv in the states.

Interesting. I'm assuming Amaya have scaled back TV coverage of the EPT, we already know that their is no shark cage this year and there are massive gaps between the episodes when only about 4 years ago they produced 50 episodes. Which leads me to believe that Stapes needs more work now.

^ On the PCA live stream they were saying they are still in negotiations with Channel 4 to show EPT Monaco 2015 and it's not on Channel 4 at the moment. They are still bringing camera crews to the events this season though they've dumped to big set they used to have.

Now mods before you close this, I believe the topic at hand is an issue that we can all benefit from exploring further. With mothers day less than 3 months away, I encourage you to let the potential fruitful discussion to be given a chance. In a primarily male dominated game, it can be quite refreshing, to get a female perspective, and potentially help people step out of their poker bubble in a primarily male dominated venue.

Unbenknowst to many, pokerstars, awhile back, conducted a Q+A format with moms, this can be seen here:
https://www.pokerstars.com/en/blog/p...li-094242.html -- One of the questions was particularly interesting,

Pokerstars: If you have a daughter, do you plan to teach her the game? If so, why would you tell her it's important?
Tina: Yes, I'm teaching my daughter to play. I've told her it's a game of fun, numbers, patterns, and a great way to meet new people. Oh, and finally, when mommy does win big she will be able to reap the rewards!

--

Take note, this viewpoint is quite refreshing. Here we have a mom, that looks past poker as gambling and encourages the game for its social benefits as well as progressing ones mathematical background. Unfortunately, one may suggest that this mom is the exception rather than the norm. Why should we care? If we can get moms to adopt and fully stand behind poker, and poker players, then I believe the future of poker will be a further cemented in the world of socially acceptance. As seen, with CEO of fan duel referring to poker as gambling, the game is not widely understood and people often have preconceived notions about poker that may not be true. If we can get the moms on our side, the possibilities are endless. As it currently stands, what is your experience with moms in poker? How can we go about winning them over? Its a target market that is often overlooked, and is worth further exploration.

Your mom agreed with this by loudly saying "oh yes" over and over. She might not have heard the question though.

If you can solve the "Women aren't into Poker like Men are" issue, I tip my cap to you.

It might not be a solvable problem.

My momma don't like you and she likes everyone
And I never like to admit that I was wrong
And I've been so caught up in my job,
Didn't see what's going on
But now I know,
I'm better sleeping on my own

Welcome to NVG.

I live in northern Montana. Just to the north of us are the Albertans. Though we are two different countries the Albertans and Montanans have a lot in common. One of our common interests is poker. Corb Lund is an obscure songwriter/musician from Taber, Alberta. But the boy also likes to play poker....as evidenced by this song. Corb is always welcome in the games in Montana.

This article is way to vague, so if someone gets on my computer they instantly have access to my account? What if I am on a new device then I am refused access to my account?

Talk about stupid speculation.

What kind of odds do you think would be appropriate on a bet that ANY of the 3 will WIN a bracelet in WSOP in 2016 . So basically if any one of them win a bracelet I lose the bet. Will consider action against ...Not looking to go crazy 5-10k bet , but still have no idea what odds should be set at. What do you guys think ?.....Even money maybe ?.....And what if I throw Kid poker into the mix ,is it possible Ill get 7-5 or better ??
