Isildur will only play under the stipulation that there is no limping or min-raising.

Some players do incorporate limping the button in their HU game (see: David Benyamine, Omgclayaiken, David Benefield), but I guess Ivey doesn't very often and Isildur seems to find the very thought of it offensive ;P
