And they're using alternate accounts to do that.

So the HS players are assuming the perps based on timing? Wew boyz. Peak pettyness.

He went from playing high stakes NL cash on tv to switching and grinding supernova elite / mid stakes PLO for years to switching game types again and streaming MTTs as he learned and has gone from playing $20 tournies w/ bad reputation in community to playing a $10k tourney on stream and having one of the biggest poker streams around , must be doing something right?

What do you mean to imply? There's absolutely nothing wrong with his play there

I'm in no position to give advice or to question High Stakes players decisions, but isn't reshoving 3's on an UTG open shove ( even with the bounty on the line ) especially since we have 5 players left to act behind us ( only 1 covers us, so I guess that's good ) but the other 4 ( 3 cripple us if we lose to and 1 reduces our stack to half its size ) too loose/wild ?

I would not have done it, but then again, maybe that's why I'm not playing these.

And judging from a first glance, you don't seem to be doing a lot of reading, so no offence taken.
